Tucked away in Monroe, NY this Villa offers 5-bedrooms, 4-bathrooms, a wood-burning fireplace & enough space for your family to come together and make new memories. Location provides easy access to local attractions: take a day trip to the Catskills, shop locally at the Woodbury Commons or check out the local wineries.

Located on a corner lot, the stunning 'Mediterranean Villa' offers 5 great sized bedrooms & 4 full bathrooms. Along with a fully functioning kitchen, 2 family rooms - 1 with a wood-burning fireplace the other with a Smart TV to stream all your favorite shows & movies. Both Master Bedrooms also offer Smart TV's for easy streaming.
We have a great dedicated work space for anyone working from home & when you need a break we have a game console Xbox Series S equipped with Madden NFL 24, Call of Duty & EA Sports FC 24.
Large washer & dryer for any laundry needs.
After a day of exploring the Hudson Valley, jump in the hot tub & relax under our covered patio or light up the fire pit and enjoy a quiet night under the star-filled sky on our paved backyard patio.

The house was a good size for our family reunion - the pool was the main draw to entertain the children. The beds were comfy, bathroom/pool linens provided. However, the house needs a deep clean and modernization. The kitchen can best be described as sticky and ill-equipped. We could not have cooked full meals in it, but we had excellent catering from Anthony at Taste of Little Italy and Scalia & Co near the local Shop-Rite. The hot water in the showers was variable, and the sinks were slow to drain. We did not use the hot tub and the surrounding patio furniture was broken.

A Lovely Stay with Minor Flaws

Overall, a great stay with a well-equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, hot tub, fire pit, and a spacious backyard.The biggest highlight was the fire pit—it was easy to light and perfect for gathering around on a cold night. Both kids and adults enjoyed the hot tub. The in-ceiling speakers were a nice touch and kept the music going throughout our stay.The location is excellent—situated on a quiet street and conveniently close to Legoland.A few minor improvements could enhance the experience:Bathroom clarity: It would be helpful to clearly list the bathroom locations in the listing. One of the bathrooms on the main level is quite far from the living areas. Upstairs, three bedrooms share a single bathroom, which can be a bit tricky if multiple families are staying and prefer separate bathrooms. Additionally, the lock on the downstairs attached bathroom doesn’t work and needs repair.Stocking essentials: The house could be better stocked before check-in. The bathrooms were initially missing soap (though this was refilled a few hours after contacting the host), and there was no detergent for the washing machine. The kitchen also had some expired chocolate bars that should be removed, especially to prevent kids from accidentally eating them.Only one side of the garage was available for parking, as the other half had storage items. However, there is ample driveway parking available.

Great weekend in a perfect house.

We were the first guests after the pool was installed but the deck work not completed yet. Pool was a great addition for our family. Was an extended family group doing Renn Faire and Legoland with the pool and sauna filling in our evenings. Bedroom layout worked well for having a quiet room for the kids to sleep in the evening while we could talk around the large dining table and 2nd family room.

Friends Golf/Draft Weekend

My friends stayed at the property for a golf and fantasy football draft weekend. The property was well-kept and had ample outdoor amenities to keep us busy. Good stay, responsive and helpful host.
