"It was a perfect stay at this hotel owned and run by Girolamo and his wife. The rooms are clean and beautiful and they even have drinks and snacks for all of us. They were helpful, responsive and very good people who made sure our stay was smooth and pleasant. We got stuck one evening at Carini station because there was no taxi available and Girolamo kindly picked us up without hesitation. Would love to stay again in the future and recommend this hotel to all."

"Nice comfortable room at a perfect location, by Mondello beach with several restaurants and entertainment options in vicinity. The building is undergoing a renovation and the rooms are beautifully newly remodeled. Ocean view room has a nice balcony offering a pleasant experience for morning coffee and sunset. Parking is available right next to it. Giulia was super helpful and made herself available via WhatsApp at all times."

"My husband and I had a great experience at this rental. It’s more like a B&B with a host. Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out, and the bathroom was clean and functional."

"Book you won’t be disappointed, we were nervous due to the lack of reviews, but it’s so new and honestly has everything we needed. Coffee machine. Mini bar fridge in the room which is well priced. Room was just like the pictures if not better. We had a balcony which was great especially in the evenings Very clean and daily housekeeping just like a hotel, host was super kind and helpful. We had key card entry in and out the building and felt very safe, the area is quiet and you can walk to...

"The location was lovely and overall the hotel was a great choice . However I do feel that in some instances attention to detail was lacking : in the rooms - no replacement toilet rolls ; problems with no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there and no apology or explanation until it was raised on check-out . Room door soundproofing was also poor. Milk at breakfast was lumpy one of the mornings (did not try again) and panicked and muffin on the cooked menu were frozen through so obviously not...

"Our stay was fine. The mattress, bedding and pillows need significant improvement. The rooms are spacious but lack in charm, particularly in comparison to the charm conveyed in the photos online. The plumbing was imperfect. The shower head required holding in place to prevent it from spraying all over the place. Well located and nice staff. "

"The view from the room directly overlooked the Teatro Al Massimo. The sunsets were amazing and the room could not have been cleaner. Gianni waited over an hour for us to accommodate our early check-in. Snacks and coffee were stored in the kitchen for our use and the room was quiet— two floors above ground floor. Elevator works which in other properties may or may not be the case. “A”."
