Immersed in the quiet of the Apulian countryside, Dimora Lepire is a fascinating property composed of authentic trulli, cleverly restored with respect for traditional architecture. Surrounded by fields, centuries-old trees and dry stone walls, it offers an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for a couple, a family or a small group of friends looking for privacy and tranquility.
The interiors, characterized by stone walls, vaulted ceilings and wooden details, preserve all the charm of ancient Apulian homes, combining it with modern and functional equipment.
The property has two double bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, while the second bedroom, more intimate, has a wardrobe. There are also two bathrooms with showers.
The bright living area includes a space dedicated to relaxation, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, Nespresso coffee machine and combined oven with microwave function. Inside there is also a stereo system.
The rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning, while mosquito nets installed throughout the house allow you to enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of the countryside even during the summer season.
Outside, the private garden houses a hot tub with dedicated outdoor shower and a cozy pergola furnished with sofas and dining table, perfect for relaxing in the shade or sharing pleasant outdoor meals.
Dimora Lepire is the ideal retreat for an authentic stay in the heart of Puglia, surrounded by nature, silence and the timeless charm of the trulli. The location allows you to stay away from the chaos, enjoying privacy and silence, without giving up the possibility of reaching the historic center of Monopoli and the beaches of the Adriatic coast. The structure is also an excellent starting point for exploring some of the most suggestive places in Puglia, including Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Castellana Grotte and the villages of the Itria Valley.
The last stretch of the access road to the structure is not paved.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).

To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
