Romantic and typical apartment for three people in the heart of centre of Monopoli, in Apulia. The property has been restored with really high standards and furnished with tailor made details and interiors; the accomodation is located in an area well serviced by public transport and offers the possibility of free car parks in a radius of 100 mt. You can also find numerous prestigious restaurants in the neighbourhood.
The interiors, finely furnished and including all comforts, presents itself with a fully furnished kitchen and equipped with all household appliances; a living room with all necessary services to dine or lunch with a view overlooking the city, even further embellished with refined balconies in living stone; the sleeping quarters include a wonderful family bedroom and en-suite bathroom equipped with toilet and another bedroom with two singles beds (which can be joined if required). Complete the apartment a charming bathroom with shower.
The strategic location of apartment allows the guests to fully enjoy the folklore of Monopoli, within walking distance from the most famous sandy coves of the area.
The property is perfect to friends group or family with 2 children and, although being a few meters from pubs and restaurants, is a quiet place for stay. This is an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday in the wonderful region of Puglia at any time of the year, close to the charming towns of Locorotondo, Polignano a Mare, Matera and Ostuni.

wonderful apartment in Monopoli

We had a really nice stay at Valeria and Graziano's apartment rental. They were gracious, helpful and available to answer any questions we had, and provided suggestions on places to visit and things to do while staying in the area. The modern apartment was clean and spacious for our family of 4. It was located within 5-10 minutes walking distance from the centro storico and seaside. Coffee bars are scattered around the area about a 2-5 minute walk from the apartment, as well as 2 grocery stores closeby. Streets are all one-way around the area and parking is on the street and can get very busy in the summer months, so you may have to circle around til you find a spot. :) There are several small, rocky beach areas along the water, however if you are looking for a sandy beach with chairs and umbrella rental, it's about a 10 minute drive away. Overall, a wonderful stay and recommend for anyone visiting Monopoli!

Apartment is located in a quiet street 5 minutes from the Centre and the Beach. It is beautifully renovated and equipped with all Necessary. Host is very Pleasant and helpful.

Ferie in Puglia 2022

Il soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato sicuramente piacevole. Tutta la palazzina è stata ristrutturata da poco. tutta la mobilia, i bagni e la cucina sono nuovi. Ottimo il sistema di climatizzazione. Per motivi di spazio nei 2 bagni non c'è posto per una lavatrice , e questa è forse l'unica pecca. (in questi ultimi anni l'abbiamo sempre avuta a disposizione ed è una cosa ottima in ferie se vuoi portarti dietro poco abbigliamento). Il centro storico di monopoli è a 3 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento, le prime spiagge a 6 minuti sempre a piedi. La proprietaria è sempre stata gentilissima, ad ogni nostra richiesta su posti da vedere o cose da fare ci ha sempre dato indicazioni utili e precise. Concludendo, mi sento di consigliare questa struttura per 1-2 settimane di ferie nel cuore della Puglia, vicino Polignano a mare, Alberobello, Ostuni, Matera ..

A lovely family break

We really enjoyed the apartment in Monopoli. It was spotlessly clean. Really refreshing after a day in the heat. Only 10 minutes walk to the old town or to the beach and with a supermarket on the corner and great coffee at Bruno’s one street away. The only challenge is the parking!

Beautiful, very clean and comfortable apartment.

It was a great experience staying at this apartment. Great location, easy walk to train station, beach and shops. Friendly and safe area. Nice cafe nearby called Pepe Nero. On train line making it easy to visit sea towns. Great food everywhere! Helpful and accommodating landlord. Enjoy!

L’’accueil a été parfait. L’appartement est neuf et décoré avec goût, il est très fonctionnel. Très bien situé à 5mn du centre historique. Rue très calme on peut se garer facilement. On a passé un excellent séjour.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in Monopoli. Ruhig und sehr gepflegt

Wir waren zu zweit da und haben die komplette Wohnung für uns beansprucht ( zwei Schlafzimmer 👍🏻, zwei kleine Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und komplett ausgestattete Küche ). Im Umkreis von 100 Metern ( fussläufig )gibt es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von einem kleinen Supermarkt angefangen bis zum detaillierten und deliziösen Bäcker, Metzger oder Gemüsehändler (auch Käsegeschäft und Fischladen vorhanden). Parkplätze teilweise vorhanden( August war schwieriger/ voller): weißer Streifen frei/ blauer Streifen mit Gebühr . Ansonsten super Parkplatz direkt am Bahnhof für 1€/24 Std. Monopoli an sich ist eine kleine Stadt mit netter Altstadt und schönen Restaurants. Zum Baden würden wir jedoch immer Capitol empfehlen, wegen dem Sandstrand. Die Unterkunft empfehlen wir 100% - das Geschwisterpaar ist sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Einwandfreie Kommunikation, Bezahlung und Unterstützung bei jeglichen Problemen oder Fragestellungen. An dieser Stelle Dankeschön an Valeria und Graziano 👍🏻☀️
