Delightful 50sqm apartment in the heart of the historic center of Monopoli.
It is completely new, it is excellently finished and there is no lack of touches of class. It is located a few steps from the sea 30sqm. It is located on the ground floor and is particularly recommended for elderly, disabled people (also with wheelchairs), in fact in the structure there are accessories that help people with motor deficits. The position of the apartment allows you to experience the country in absolute tranquility, without the need to use the car. It is located in the center of the old town and located nearby by historic squares, surrounded by noble palaces: ex. piazza Palmieri, piazza Vescovile, the municipal villa and one of the largest squares in Puglia, "Piazza Vittorio Emanuele" (called "the village"). The house has all the useful services in the neighborhood: supermarkets, the fresh fish and fruit market, bars, shops, pharmacies and anything else that can be useful during your holiday.
The house is ideal for a relaxing holiday, by the sea and why not, also with healthy night fun.

Jolie location confortable

Giacomo est très accueillant, chaleureux et ponctuel. La location est très confortable, bien équipée. Très jolie décoration. Très bonne literie. De plus, elle se situe à 5 mn de la plage et à 5 mètres des remparts dans le quartier historique de Monopoli.

Aufenthalt war perfekt, die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war zu jeder Zeit super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Charming old world apartment in the heart of beautiful Monopoli

We stayed for 3 weeks in this historic apartment. Absolutely beautiful. Giacomo is a fantastic host who was very friendly and helpful. Very responsive to all our needs. The location is absoluetly perfect. Steps from the castle and beautiful water views. One note is that there are two restaurants located right outside your front door. This could be a problem for some if you are not a night owl because the noise ( especially on weekends) . This is a spacious apartment with a large bathroom. In our opinion, we feel this apartment would be best suited for a week or less. (Because of the noise and some small amenities lacking for a longer stay)

A perfect location

My husband and I spent three weeks in this lovely apartment in the beautiful centro historico of Monopoli. The location was perfect, it was well described on the site accessible (no stairs), near the Castle, the port, close to restaurants, mini market and attractions. Giacomo was very attentionate and helpful. We felt at home and safe. Grazie mille Giacomo

Wheelchair-friendly accomodation

Monopoli is even in winter a perfect location to spent some time. Our host Giacomo Comes was very helpfull with extra tourist information. Apartment was OK for guests in wheelchair, especially the bathroom accomodation.

Monopoli. A little known gem.

We Had three wonderful weeks in this property. It was a real gem in every way. The position was perfect in the old town by the harbour. Spotlessly clean and the owner was great. Excellent communication. Lots of lovely restaurants to visit plus a lovely little supermarket just around the corner. Only a 20 minute walk from the train station where there is a great connecting service to some really interesting towns and villages of Puglia. Would highly recommend if you are visiting this area of Italy.

Een erg mooi appartement. Alles aanwezig en erg schoon. Eigenaar behulpzaam. Ligging in het historisch centrum van Monopoli. In de nabije omgeving genoeg restaurantjes en bezienswaardigheden. Echt een aanrader.
