"Every night our room smelled like bbq smoke. If you have issues with smell, bad air quality or allergies you will not like how the room smelled like bbq smoke. The staff was polite and we had no other issues with our hotel. We didn’t bring up the minor issue with the hotel staff since we are not sensitive to the smells and or air quality. Everything else was good or excellent."

"There’s NO breakfast included. Expedia should remove that filter. But so many groceries store & Donki near by to buy food. Very convenient to go to the airport too. Totally recommended for some convenience. Also near the beach but have to walk about 30 mins."

"Worth every dollar. I have stayed at this location on and off for over 20 years and I can say the new renovations tremendously improve the rooms and the overall location is generally accessible to many things you want to do in Guam. "check in was quick and easy. staff was very courteous."

"It's in a good location walking distances to restaurants, groceries ATM McDonald's. Friendly staff as well."
