If you want to be as close to Smith Mountain Lake as possible, this is the unit for you! You will love relaxing at the water's edge enjoying the beautiful lake and mountain views from this private end unit with large wrap-around deck. And you will love Bernard’s Landing Resort which offers the most amenities of any resort at Smith Mountain Lake. Free use of our kayaks/paddleboard, plus all resort amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, hot tub, sandy swimming beaches, fitness center, and sport courts.
DOCK: Courtesy docks are right in front of your condo. Rent a boat/jet ski, or bring your own. ($20/night decal required if you bring your own,)
BEDS: The master bedroom offers lake views, a luxurious king-size bed, en suite bathroom with tile shower, and TV. The sliding glass door exits onto the deck. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, wall mounted TV, and large, updated hall bath. Quality linens/bedding and towels (including beach towels) are provided.
LIVING AREA: Comfortable living room with a 62” TV. Our end unit offers incredible views from the Living/Dining/Kitchen area. Free WIFI.
KITCHEN: Well equipped kitchen stocked with many spices.
AMENITIES GALORE!
LAKE SWIMMING AND KAYAKING: A small sandy beach area is steps from the condo and we store a single kayak, a tandem kayak, and a paddleboard there for the use of our guests. Just get the padlock code from us. We also provide beach towels, and life jackets.
SPORT COURTS: Tennis/pickleball/racquetball/basketball courts are close by, and we provide racquets and balls for our guests! There is a lanyard in the condo for access to indoor sport courts/gym/sauna/pools.
SWIMMING POOLS: One of the two outdoor pools is located just behind the condo. The other Olympic-type swimming pool with lap lanes is located at the Clubhouse, as well as a separate children's wading pool and play area, plus an indoor pool and hot tub! A large sandy BEACH with lounge chairs is nearby.
GYM: Fitness center, plus steam room and SAUNA are available at the Clubhouse!
DINING: It’s less than a 5 minute walk to Napoli By the Lake for a delicious dinner with indoor and outdoor seating. It's recommended to make a reservation since this is such a popular place.
CONVENIENCE:
Less than 8 miles away is the Westlake Center with a Kroger grocery store, multiple restaurants, as well as a movie theater (Westlake Cinema). Cottage Gate gift shop, offering gifts, clothing, and decor is here, too!
NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Winery Tours, The Blue Ridge Parkway, Hiking, Fishing.

This condo has some of the most beautiful views for sunrises.… Plus it has everything in it that you need including state of the art washer and dryer, spices and condiments, coffee maker, electric teapot etc. etc. etc. The owners have thought of everything to enhance your stay on Smith Mountain Lake/Bernards Landing in this cozy comfortable end unit.

Excellent SML Condo!

Debbie, the owner makes herself available and checks on you to make sure you have checked in smoothly. Two comfy King beds with 2 bathrooms and a huge deck overlooking the lake make this a perfect SML stay! The condo is well stocked so you don’t need to run to the store for spices, toilet paper, etc. We love it! Our second year staying here!

Beautiful Location on Smith Mountain Lake

We enjoyed our stay at Smith Mountain Lake. The condo was comfortable, clean and well equipped, and the view from the large deck is fantastic. A highlight was renting a boat from the nearby marina for a day, and we also tried the kayak and the stand-up paddle board provided by the condo owner. We also enjoyed the pool and the pickleball courts at Bernard’s Landing. A grocery store and restaurants were nearby.

Amazing!

Fantastic location overlooking the lake! We would all definitely stay again. The owner shared very helpful information regarding places to visit, local restaurants, along with good shopping. She was extremely accessible via messaging when we had questions.

Excellent SML Location

Lovely condo with exceptional views from a large deck overlooking the lake. Sunrises were spectacular! Comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen were definitely a plus. Boat docks were easily accessible and all located in Bernard’s Landing, our favorite lake neighborhood! We hope to return next year!

A Wonderful Week

This was our first trip to Smith Mountain Lake, so we were very excited to explore. This condo came clean and fully stocked with a beautiful view. I liked that it was one the second level, but had few stairs. Everything was at our fingertips to include a small, relaxing pool, boat/wave runner rentals, and a small beach to kayak or paddle board from. This is a great place for children, especially age 7 or higher. We loved the lake and had fun visiting some sights around the area. We went to the Dam, the Booker T. Washington memorial, arcade, shops and a very cute creamery with delicious ice cream. Debbie was very responsive and also generous because she definitely goes above and beyond with the condo amenities. It was a wonderful trip and we would definitely come back.

Beautiful Spot!

We had such a nice time at Smith Mountain Lake and this condo was lovely. It was so relaxing to sit on the deck in the evening watching the boats and the birds. We even had a visit from a hummingbird who came to drink from the Hibiscus plants on the deck. The kitchen had everything we needed. The condo was very comfortable for 4 of us. The restaurant, Napoli was in walking distance and the food was wonderful. All in all great place to stay.
