  • In an outstanding historical monument, almost in Bayeux, enjoy spending your time in one of the most beautiful places in Bayeux. Magnificent buildings of the 17th century around a lovely courtyard: manor, bakery, barn, old press and carriage house... Ideally located to visit the landing beaches and Mont Saint Michel.

    Very large and beautiful apartment: living room with floor tiles with a fireplace of the sixteenth century, a master suite with bathroom + bedrooms + shower + kitchen + laundry. Parquet and old oak beams. The best modern comfort in a very old place.
    Piano in the living room and private tennis court.
    Walking distance from Bayeux center (Cathedral), 500 meters from the railways station.

Unbelievable stay for our family of 8!
 We traveled with 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 9–17), and this property was perfect for everyone. The home itself is beautiful, and the grounds are incredibly spacious with a historic charm—plenty of room for the kids to run around and burn off energy.The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It’s a peaceful, relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring Normandy.The layout worked well for our group, with two full bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a tub/shower), which made getting ready easy.We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Normandy—especially families. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property was absolutely lovely! It had plenty of space inside for our multi-generational group to spread out (parents, 2 kids under 5, grandma, and aunt), and the grounds themselves were just amazing! Our daughter loved the cherry orchard, and the gazebo with the beautiful roses made a wonderful place for everyone to relax with a snack. I cannot imagine a better introduction to the French countryside! The hosts were also absolutely lovely, easily arranging early check in and late baggage storage for us, as well as giving us tips on rental cars and restaurants.

Wow! What a fantastic place to stay. Absolutely beautiful place. Such history! Christophe and Veronique were such great hosts. Perfect location; close to downtown Bayeux and the restaurants and easy to get to other Normandy locations. Having the horses there was such a special treat. Could not recommend more !

Wonderful quiet and very secure location within easy walking distance of Bayeux. Rooms were beautiful and the addition of the piano was great too. Owners were incredibly accommodating and we were allowed full access of the grounds. Would happily have stayed here longer.

We had a marvelous stay at Christophe's home. Everything about the farm was lovely as was the host. It just made our entire visit to this area of France all the more delightful.

Perfect for our family of 6

We just had a wonderful stay in Bayeux! Christophe was a great host, very communicative. Location was perfect, we could walk into town through a beautiful nature preserve and it is centrally located for visiting the sites of Normandy. Our kids loved exploring the property and nature preserve.

This property touches tge heart with historical roots of the region, amazing renovations to a centuries old estate, and the beauty of historic craftsmanship. Moreover, the property owners are genuinely delightful, engaging, and very kind in sharing their fondness and respect for their home. Beautiful country estate in Bayeux. Highly recommend.

Amazing value

Absolutely beautiful property within walking distance of Bayeux. Very quiet. We had a dead battery on our rental car and the owner pitched in to help us get it going. I definitely recommend this property.

Amazing Stay

We could not have asked for a better place to stay on our trip. The pictures do not do this place justice. Perfect place to stay when visiting the DDay sites. Very close to the train station and an easy walk to town. Our host was so kind and helpful. Check in process was a breeze. I can not recommend staying here enough.

Amazing property

This property is absolutely amazing. Christophe and his wife are very welcoming and shared the history of the property. The apartment is large and spacious and very clean. Couldn’t ask for anything else!

Absolutely Incredible!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at the Farm Manor in Bayeux! The entire property was absolutely incredible and exceeded our expectations in every way. It was a pleasure to meet Christophe and to learn about the 14 year restoration of the property. It was very quiet, yet a short drive to markets, bakeries and the center of the town. If our travels take us to Bayeux in the future we would hope to be able to stay here again. We really enjoyed our stay at this property.

The Highlight of Our Stay in Bayeux

My only regret booking this farmhouse was that I didn't stay there longer! The short walk to the train station and the center of Bayeux made it perfect for getting to and from tour meeting spots and eating or exploring in our free time. Despite the beginning of a heatwave during our stay, the house stayed cool enough at night to comfortably sleep, and the gardens provided plenty of shade and a nice breeze; I wish I had time to have a picnic!While I didn't get to meet Christophe myself, he spoke to one of my family members and they had nothing but good things to say. If I ever have the chance to visit Bayeux again, I'll be booking a room here!
