"Todo bien, satisfecho"

"This is la good hotel only issue faced they had not turned on the AC in August end it was too hot after requesting also they did not turned on"

"Absolutely wonderful experience!!! The manager Tsering Chondol is amazing, I would thoroughly recommend asking her to organize a full itinerary, she was so helpful and she really took time and care to help us plan our trip around Leh, so it would fit our needs. It was an experience of a life time and I do believe we owe this to her. The hotel is super clean, pretty, well located in Leh center, Wonderful spacious rooms, great breakfast. The staff were so so nice and hardworking in particular...

"Nice"

"Conveniently located to the market. Staff is excellent, so was the food."

"Decent hotel."

"Fabulous hotel. Great vegetarian food. The grounds are beautiful with all the sunflowers. But the best part is the service which is world class!"

"The experience was great. The staff were polite and helpful. The property is very close to airport (10-15 min drive) and very convenient. "

"すごく親切で何をするにも気にかけてくださいました。 食事代を払い忘れてごめんなさい！ 後日宿泊した友人に支払ってもらいました。"

"Location was very close to Leh downtown. Nice to stay to walk around Leh."

"The room we were given was appalling. It smelt bad, it was unclean, mouldy and badly maintained. It was a dead space. When we asked for another room the staff said the hotel was booked out. We decided to leave. The manager then found another room for us, but it was only marginally better. Neither of the rooms in any way resembled the photos on the website. It is a trick. Avoid this hotel."

"A great place for this price and VERY helpful staff"
