Everyone has their vacation!!

The apartment is located in the art deco house, the "Orchidées", completely renovated and air-conditioned in the city of lemons, benefiting from the calm of a private road and a stone's throw from the sea, from the bus station to the Nice airport and railway station.This typical location in the south of France will allow you to stay in the heart of Menton on the edge of Cap Martin Roquebrune
Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom. WC is located in a separate room. A modern kitchen and a large table will allow you to enjoy holiday meals together. A large modern television with wi-fi option and fixed internet meet the most demanding needs.
For those weary of sunbathing on the beach, we recommend visiting the many museums and gardens, as well as excursions to nearby hilltop villages and scenic and easy hiking routes overlooking the sea.

Casa comoda in ottima posizione

Grande appartamento al secondo piano, con tre camere da letto e una grossa sala cucina. La casa è situata in ottima posizione vicino al centro di Menton e a due passi dal mare, in un vicolo silenzioso. Consigliata!

Die Wohnung war super ! Die Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgeber war hervorragend! Er war in jeglicher Weise hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank dafür. Über die Sauberkeit lässt sich streiten. Wir mussten erstmal selbst einiges putzen, bevor wir das Geschirr nutzen konnten und der Boden war verkrümelt. In der Spülmaschine waren noch Geschirr und wurde nicht gereinigt. In der Toilette gab es keinen Toilettenpapier das war ziemlich ärgerlich da mussten wir erstmal einkaufen gehen. Eine Klimaanlage in einem Zimmer war kaputt und bei der Hitze war schlafen sehr erschwert. Dies sollte behoben werden. Ansonsten war alles wie erwähnt klasse.

Appartement très spacieux, fonctionnel, lumineux dans une petite ruelle au calme. Plage, supermarché, restaurants et centre ville facilement accessibles à pied. Communication avec le propriétaire rapide et efficace. A conseiller !

Sehr schönes Appartement in Menton. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Sehr nah zum Strand und kurzer Weg in die Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt (sehr! freundlich) und Obst & Gemüse unter 50m. Appartment voll klimatisiert.

No Parking!

We had a lovely stay in Menton, and the apartment is well situated for beach and town access. Owner very responsive when WiFi internet went down (across Menton) arranging delivery of 4G hub same day. Apartment is nicely renovated with three bedrooms and three bathrooms but only one toilet (WC). Most furniture is of good quality although door handles are clearly substandard with many broken due to poor design quality. It is inaccurate to advertise apartment with "parking" on VRBO website as there is no dedicated parking available and you must complete for limited on street parking with all other local road users. Inventory incomplete at check-in and various key items missing (ironing board, clothes dryer).

Wonderful apartment close to all your needs

This apartment made our stay with three kids in Menton absolutely easy! The apartment is just as described. Quiet spacious and great to have multiple showers after a day at the beach. We walked to the train, center of town and the beach from this location. The building is located on a cute and quiet street. From booking to exit — Jean was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely come again and highly recommend.

Grand appartement près de la plage !

Vaste pied à terre offrant trois grandes chambres biens séparées et pourvues de salles de bain indépendantes, auxquels s'ajoutent un vaste salon avec cuisine totalement équipée. Nous avons apprécié les matelas confortables, les lits longs, les séchoirs dans chaque salle de bain, la localisation près de la mer, un accès facile aux attraits de la montagne environnante et Monaco grâce aux bus de la ville.

One of the most beautiful stays I've ever been to! ia hidden gem in French Riviera

I've spent some time here with my family and could not ask for a better place to stay. The apartment is located just opposite to the beach and you can see the Alp Mountains from the windows too! Very sunny and bright space, beautiful interior with style and very functional. The kitchen is excellent for cooking, has a nice big fridge and dishwasher and all the equipment you will need. The dining table is great for the whole family dinner, nice TV with Netflix and good WiFi connection for work too. The bedrooms are also great for bigger group each with its own dedicated bathroom. Everything you need is here, I loved staying in this apartment. The location is brilliant, just in the center of Menton and the beach pier and shops and restaurants are just behind the corner. Monte Carlo is easy to reach from here by car, bus or bike too! Would love to come back here some day with whole family or even just with my partner to rest for a few days. Thank you for hosting me! Doskonala lokalizacją.

Bardzo wygodny apartament dla całej rodziny. Doskonala lokalizacją. Kilka minut od plaży. W pobliżu przystanek autobusu , którym można dojechać na lotnisko w Nicea. Niecałe 10 minut drogi pieszo do dworca kolejowego. Można się szybko dostać do Monaco, Nicea i do Włoch. Blisko do Starego Miasta pełnego zabytków i atrakcji dla każdego. Apartament jest bardzo przestronny. Duże i wygodne sypialnie z dostępem do łazienek. W jadalni stół dla całej rodziny. Doskonale wyposażona kuchnia. W salonie TV. Szczerze polecam. Eva

Amazing design close to the beach

The apartment is spacious and bright. Very well designed and it looks like it was just renovated. Very quiet and relaxing. Fast WiFi. Easy check in and check out. There was everything I needed for cooking and living. It's super close to the sea so we enjoyed a sunrise walk every morning. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. I highly recommend this stay.

Perfect location - quiet, but central!

The location was amazing. The apartment is 3 min walk to the beach, but situated on a small hidden street thanks to which it was still very quiet. There is a lot to see in the area. We did a walk to Cap Martin to see Le Corbusier's famous cabanon, which was very nice and along the ocean. There is also a bus going to the airport in Nice from in front of the house, which was convenient. The flat itself is beautiful: very artistic, but modern, spacious and bright and in a freshly renovated building. As a group of friends we enjoyed having 3 bathrooms and a large table to eat all together. The kitchen is super well equipped. It was a lovely stay and we would definitely come back :)
