Ideal for both holidays and business trips, it offers a relaxing atmosphere with a lovely terrace. While there is no private garage, nearby paying parking is available. Located in the residential area of Beausoleil, just a short 7-minute walk from Monaco, this apartment offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. A supermarket is nearby for all your essentials. Beausoleil’s charming hills provide a picturesque setting, but please note the area’s uneven terrain may not be ideal if you have mobility concerns.

The building has two entrances, but we recommend using the one at the bottom for greater convenience. While the area may not be ideal for those with a vehicle, you'll find metered parking spaces nearby. On foot, access is quite easy for those without mobility issues, with public transport in Monaco and its elevators just 2 minutes away.

Please note that both Beausoleil and Monaco are hilly cities, and access may not be ideal for people with mobility challenges or disabilities.

This bright apartment, located on the 2nd floor of a modern building with an elevator, will charm you with its peace and proximity to Monaco. 🌟 Perfect for a relaxing stay, it features a spacious living room with an open-plan modern kitchen and a cozy dining/living area. While there’s no TV at the moment, WIFI is available for your entertainment.

The living area opens onto a lovely terrace 🌿, ideal for outdoor meals. Surrounded by lemon trees, it's a peaceful retreat with garden furniture for a tranquil lunch. Next to the fully equipped kitchen, a small dining table for 2 is perfect for intimate meals.

The apartment also includes a comfortable bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a modern shower room 🛁, equipped with a washing machine and WC.

Please note that there is no parking space included, but you’ll find paid parking spots nearby until 6:30 PM, with an average daily parking cost of around €10.

A set of bed linens and towels is provided per person during your stay and are included in the cleaning fee. An arrival kit awaits you to allow you to start your vacation. this kit includes: small soaps and shampoos, coffee, rolls of toilet paper and trash bags.

While the apartment doesn’t include private parking, you’ll find street parking nearby. For your convenience, there’s a secure Monaco car park just a few minutes away, priced at €20/day. Beausoleil, with its charming hills, offers a peaceful atmosphere, though please note the apartment isn’t suitable for those with mobility issues due to the incline.
