Nous avons bien profité de notre séjour à MentonL'appartement est bien situé, nous pouvons aller à pieds à Menton. Des trains et des cars ou bus pour nous déplacer dans la région.La fête du citron était très bien. Bonne ambiance

Appartement très sale et cuisine impraticable on ne pouvait pas cuisiner tellement que c’était sale je déconseille cet appartement sans quoi l’appartement par lui-même est très jolie mais la terrasse se trouve sur une avenue très très bruyante passage de voitures qui vont et qui reviennent de ItalieImpossible de dormir

Such a wonderful place to chill out. Jim and Tracy Carlin. Loved it.

Location is fantastic, property is ideal with just a couple of negatives. No English speaking channels on TV, can do with freshening up or maybe cleaned a bit better. We absolutely loved this place despite those negatives. Going back next year. Karen is brilliant to deal with and it was a pleasure to meet her. Really appreciated the lift to bus station. Lots to do in the area with public transport excellent, beach superb. Menton excellent for what we wanted from a holiday. Only the afformentioned negatives stopped this being a 5 star rating views from apartment Wow. roll on next year.

Appartement sale, trés mal agencé , un fauteuil complétement déchiré, vieux mobilier , frigo sale , aucun entretien de l'appartement , au niveau de la salle de bains faience de la baignoire complétement décollée , baignoire sale , lavabo sale , appartement complétement délabré .Pour couronner le tout nous avons eu des travaux de façade au 2eme étage , impossible d'accéder au balcon personnel de chantier sur le balcon ( trop de bruits , impossible de se reposer meme le week end, balcon trés sale à cause des travaux , durant tout le séjour nous étions obligés de garder les stores baissés à cause du personnel de chantier qui se trouvait sut le balcon donc on a pas pu profiter de la vue sur la mer ( nous avons fait 1000kms pour ceci !!!!)Sans compter le manque de climatisation intégrée à l'appartement , nous avons eu droit à une simple clim mobile peu efficace ainsi que deux ventilateurs .La personne en charge de l'accueil clients pour le séjour a été malhonnete , car elle avait précisé juste avant notre arrivée en date du 30 juin 2025 que les travaux ont pris du retard sachant que le document collé sur l'entrée de la résidence indiquait un début de travaux pour le 10 juillet .

Appartement ''dans son juste avec belle vue

Je n'ose pas imaginer les inconvénients en haute saison. Isolation acoustique passable en ce début mars alors que l'avenue qui sépare du bord de mer est moyennement fréquentée. Stationnement déjà compliqué en basse saison. Logement correct mais qui n'a pas dû être rafraîchi depuis de longues années.

il meraviglioso panorama che si gode dall'alba al tramonto dall'appartamento fà dimenticare alcuni piccoli inconvenienti riscontrati all'arrivo (scarichi lavello bagno) Inoltre al secondo piano durante il giorno, arrivano tutti i rumori della strada che risultano un pò fastidiosi, ma a serramenti chiusi ..sembra di vivere sulla tolda di una nave! bella posizione ben servita comoda ad ogni servizio bellissimo soggiorno penso di tornare, un grazie a Nicki gentile e simpatica receptionist

residence la mer mais aussi très près de la route Dou un bruit de voiture scooters et autres en permanences impossible de se garer a proximité de la résidence il a fallu se gare sur le parking du super u menton est envahie par les italien qui y règne en maitre des lieux en ce qui concerne l'appartement il aurais besoin d'êtres rénover le radiateur de la cuisine fuit et fait gonfler le parquais la porte fenêtre reste alors coincer le fauteuil est a changer ect...

Vacanza a Mentone dal 21 al 28 luglio

Appartamento fronte mare con vista impagabile che compensa e fa dimenticare il rumore del traffico che potrebbe dare fastidio a chi non è abituato. Comodo, confortevole, con un terrazzo spazioso. Arredamento semplice. Ben servito in quanto il supermercato è a poca distanza, e con una breve passeggiata si raggiunge il centro storico. La Signora Nichy è molto cordiale e disponibile. Nel complesso, vale la pena trascorrere una vacanza in questo appartamento.

Appartement avec nombreux rangements. Super vue sur la mer.

Nicky la propriétaire est adorable. Le plus : rien à emporter. Tout y est : linge de lit, linge de toilette, torchon de cuisine, stock de papier hygiénique et produits d'entretien. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec vue sur la mer du 17 au 22 avril. En outre pas besoin de prendre la voiture pendant le séjour. Plage à 30 mètres, magasin d'alimentation à 200 mètres ainsi que marché aux halles tous les matins, nombreux restaurants, boutique de souvenirs tout est à 2 pas. Nous avons ou aller visiter Vintimille en Italie en prenant le TER à la gare de Menton et prendre le bus pour aller visiter Monaco ainsi nous avons évité les problèmes de stationnement. Je recommande vivement.

Bonne location.

Séjour réussi malgré la grosse chaleur dans l'appartement. La gérante a été très correcte avec nous à l'arrivée. Cet appartement possède une très belle vue sur la mer, mais il est un peu bruyant le soir et le matin à partir de 7 heures. Il est aussi meublé trop simplement ( meubles un peu trop vétustes qui devraient être changés, four à gaz difficile à manipuler, pas de machine à laver la vaisselle, fauteuil intérieur déchiré en partie, chaise intérieure et fauteuil plastic extérieur en parties cassés, pas de fleurs sur la terrasse- seulement des pots de vieille terre, salle de bain: vintage mais propre, tapis d'entrée et de terrasse à changer); Toutefois , nous avons apprécié les deux literies plutôt récentes au confort réussi! Nous avons du laver le sol car les locataires précédents ne l'avaient pas fait, ce qui était un peu embêtant. Nonobstant ce qui précède, il suffirait qu'il y ait: - la climatisation , ainsi que deux relaxs en tissu nylon- idem aux chaises extérieures- sur la terrasse (pour pouvoir assurer un repos extérieur les après-midi), pour que cela devienne suffisant pour nous lors de vacances! Si ces nécessités existent à l'avenir , nous reviendrons assurément! Merci.

Good location

It's just over the road to reach a really nice beach. Also only 5 min walk to old town. Apartment itself is quite dull looking and it was even a bit dirty inside. There is also quite a bit of noise from the traffic, which means you cannot keep the balcony doors open. No air conditioner which is definitely a big minus.

Breathtaking view over Mediterranean. The morning walks and exercise at the small bridge 200 meters down is priceless. Kitchen supplies is almost all that you need, bought a new fruit squeeze to make fresh squeezed orange, lemon. Good sleeping arrangements. Elevator close good for transport of sun beds and heavy grocery shopping. Close to all kinds of sporting events. Diving, paddleboard, swimming, waterski, jet ski, sunbading, close to bigger supermarket. Close to good quality restaurants, city center, harbor. Fridge need some adjustment though It isn't standing straight. A tool to clean the suer is needed, because it's flooded couple of times, probably standard in these parts. All neighbors are Nice people, quiet and helpful. Easy access to sorting the waste in first floor. The interior isn't that well thought trough with "open fire place" and pictures on the walls, and flower arrangements from the 70's. Could be smarter planned furniture on balcony though u sit there most of the time, but fully functional. Traffic is a little bit annoying but takes a couple of days to get used to, motorcycles with no exhaust pipes should be forbidden! Otherwise it's not any problem. Thinking of renting again and wouldn't hesitate, of doing it again. Wkr

Menton Beach View Apartment

This is the second 3 week holiday we have stayed in this apartment with its amazing view over the beach and a grand view of Menton old town and will be returning again next year for a similar period. The apartment has Wi-Fi and is well equipped for self-catering and was freshly decorated this year with all of the minor maintenance issues I mentioned from last year review were resolved. I still say the traffic noise when sitting on the balcony is well compensated for by the views and the ever-changing movement of water activities on the Mediterranean and of the activities the locals and tourists on the promenade and beaches that lie before you. You don’t need a car as all amenities and shops are in easy walking distance from the apartment and public transport to Nice and other towns in between are fairly frequent and extremely cheap to use. For a place to stay in Menton this apartment is highly recommended by myself.

Paradise

The apartment was great. Needs a few updates. This is the second time we stayed in this building and it has the perfect location for everything. You can walk to Old Menton, Italy, the beach, the restaurants and shops. In the morning you wake up to the most wonderful view ever. The managers were very helpful and if there were any questions or problems they took care of them right away. We were very happy with our stay and hope to come back again.

Extérieur contre intérieur

nous avons choisi cette location sur abritel afin de vivre le temps des vacances 12 jours avec la vue sur mer depuis l'appartement la vue comme le précise le titre de cette location est époustouflante avec vue sur la mer dans le séjour et même dans la chambre à coucher IL ne faut pas pour autant faire payer la vue sur la mer au détriment du confort dans la location je suis très déçue de ma location, cloques de peinture qui se décollent dans toutes les pièces, chaise cassée, fausse cheminée non accrochée au mur double rideaux du séjour ne tenant pas sur la tringle sttore de la chambre salle, lit matelas posé sur une planche encadrement du lit bricolage TV CHAMBRE NE FONCTIONNANT PAS TV living très ancienne et fonctionnant avec une wifi d'orange pas de bols pour les déjeuners à moins que mes connaissances en géographie soient inexactes la mer méditerranée était là avant l'immeuble très propre dans les parties communes pour le prix payé pour 12 jours je conseille de refaire l'appartement.. l'année dernière la location choisi correspondait exactement aux descriptions et aux photos je suis très décue et ne conseillerait cette location à personne résidence de l'Amirauté Bat B devrait être à la hauteur de la vue.

Mit fantastischem Ausblick aufwachen

Super Lage in Menton Garavan. Zwar ist die Straße laut, aber das sollte klar sein, wenn die Wohnung diese Lage haben soll. Dafür perfekte Aussicht und nur 2 Minuten zum Strand und den Strandbars. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Altstadt in nächster Nähe. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Alles einwandfrei und für uns wieder ein perfekter Urlaub an der Côte d'Azur. Auch die freundliche und unkomplizierte Abwicklung durch die Verwalterin hat dazu beigetragen.

First Class Property Location in Garavan/Menton

A very nice apartment with stunning sea views and views of Menton old town from the large balcony. The apartment was ideally located and it was easy to walk to every amenity that you could require. The view from the apartment more than compensates for the traffic noise which one gets use to in time except for some really annoying unsilenced motor bikes. The apartment was well equipped with excellent Wi-Fi reception and adequate facilities for self-catering for the 2 of us but 4 persons could be comfortably accommodated. Kitchen well equipped with a washing machine, crockery, glassware, cutlery, fridge freezer, microwave, gas cooker and oven but it lacked a dishwasher. This was no problem with the double sink unit and plate rack. Kitchen needed a colander to drain vegetables/pasta and also a salad spinner to dry salad leaves after washing. The Bedroom had a comfortable double bed and the towels and linen supplied were clean and plenty. There was a few maintenance issue to be completed in the apartment particularly the correct fitting of raw plugs and fixing screws that hold the curtain rails and the shower spray height rail also some attention to the paint flaking off the ceiling and walls in some areas. The kitchen door to the balcony does not lock properly and one needs to lower the shutter for security when out and about. However, after having said all that we would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to friends and we would most certainly book another 3 to 4 weeks next year 2017.

Location is very convenient. The view is gorgeous.

In general everything was fine, although it looked a little neglected. A few issues need attention: (1) Cleanliness was not as we expected (2) Too many things left by other guests crowd the storage space (3) Plenty of cleaning supplies, but no cleaning utensils (mops) for the floor, so we had to improvise/buy a couple of things to be able to leave the place as we wanted to have received it. But the place is definitely worth coming back.

Stunning views and such a convinient location

We stayed at the apartment for a week in September and enjoyed every minute of it. It is a spacious apartment and ideal for a couple or little family (as sofa bad in the lounge). It has stunning views of the old town and the harbour and, being located just across the road from the beach and within walking distance from the city centre, it is ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the life in Menton. The city itself is just on the border with Italy and it is a fantastic location for exploring the Cote D'Azur and the Ligurian coast in Italy, whether by car, bus or train (the quiter station of Menton Garavan is only about 10min walk from the appartment). In addition to the usual must visit locations for Cote D'Azur first timers (like Nice, Montecarlo, Cannes), you are very close to some beautiful coastal villages (like Villefranche - sur Mere or Cap-D'Ail) and inland ones (like Eze, Sainte Agnes, Gorbio).

Great Location With Even Better Views

This is an airy, sunny apartment in a great location that's really close to Menton's most sheltered swimming beach. It's only a five minute stroll to the old village with its charming small bars, cafés and shops, and is directly opposite the waterfront dining and party precinct. However, they're set below the promenade, meaning that you can't hear them. It is also really close to the best pizza my wife and I have ever had (in Victoria Square). There are three supermarkets nearby, making it quite feasible to eat-in. This is no 'B option'; the views from the deck rival any in the town, making it an ideal spot for a homemade meal and a bottle of wine. We didn't use the bus service which has stops almost right outside. However, we did catch the train to Monaco from a stop within ten minutes' walk from the apartment. We also walked to the Italian border in under twenty minutes. The apartment can sleep 4, as the sofa converts to a double bed. However, it is an ideal size for a couple. The furniture and fixtures are adequate and there's wi-fi and cable TV.

Definitely spacious, definitely stunning views

Upside: very comfortable bed! loads of storage space, big TV, warm rooms (I went in February), big balcony, STUPENDOUS views, especially at night when the town is lit up and at sunrise. Just a few minutes walk into the town centre and local market, bakery/tea shop on ground floor, Good location for buses (although these aren't that frequent), supermarket a few minutes walk away, beaches and restaurants literally across the road and loads of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Excellent location - either for exploring locally or going further afield (Italy features in the picture). Helpful management - waited late for me to arrive (I was 2 hours late), got the internet reconnected as soon as they could, gave me a lift to the station on my day of departure. Downside: for 4, more kitchen items would be useful. Some furnishings a little shabby, but I understand are in the process of being replaced. Noisy location because of the busy road immediately outside. Not too bad with the windows shut and I noticed some people in the block were happy to sit on their balconies regardless.
