Enjoy mountain and sea views of the exclusive bay of Eze with its celebrity residents and super yachts from your private garden terrace . From May to Sept you can choose the private pool option (to pay on arrival) this gives access via steps to the private pool and terrace above the property which has breathtaking views of the entire bay.
This sun-filled modern apartment is situated in quiet residential area only 300 metres from the beach. and short walking distance to train, bus, restaurants. Ideally placed for exploring the area -5 mins drive to Beaulieu and St Jean Cap Ferrat. 15 mins to Monaco 30 mins Nice, 40 mins to Italy. This newly renovated 60m2 one bedroom apartment sleeps 2, is fully equipped and has easy parking.
Owners or agent on hand to assist you.
Eze with its mild climate is a year round destination, you can lunch outside on the sunny terrace most days of the year. The lovely coastal and mountain walks are best enjoyed outside the hotter months.

Eine absolute TOP Aussicht aus einer schöne Wohnung, die sich in einem seperaten Teil des Gastgeberhauses befindet. Hier hatten wir unsere eigene große Terrasse mit Sonnenliegen und Pavilion. Der Pool mit Aussichtsplattform und einer Atemberaubenden Aussicht auf die Bucht kann jederzeit genutzt werden und liegt oberhalb vom Haus. Wir haben hier eine wunderschöne Woche mit unserem Hund verbracht. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und bietet alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt, uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt. Auch das Auto konnten wir problemlos auf der Straße vor dem Haus abstellen. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich und komplett auf das wohl der Gäste bedacht.

Oasis in Eze

We arrived a day late due to a flight cancellation and we’re welcomed by the owner with a tour of the unit and grounds. The owners offered some very helpful suggestions and the unit was stocked with basic coffee water and milk. The pool was incredibly refreshing after our travels with amazing view of the sea. We did a lot of sightseeing around Nice and Monaco and the Eze unit was a welcoming, quiet oasis each afternoon. The unit has everything we needed and the laundry was convenient since we had been traveling France prior. We would definitely stay here again!

Summer Get Away

It was a great holiday. Very relaxing and a great property that was close to the station if you wanted to go further a field yet secluded and not overlooked. I would suggest you hire a car as we did as the apartment is up some hills as you’d expect for Eze so it was much easier to travel to nearby Beaulieu or Cap Ferrari and Monaco by car! Our host was very welcoming and the apartment itself was well appointed with fantastic views and a great pool. I would recommend the apartment highly and we would happily stay there again. Thank you Nicola and Egil.

Wunderbare Lage, tolle kleine Wohnung

Nette kleine Wohnung, hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben 10 schöne Tage mit unserem Hund hier verbringen dürfen und kommen bestimmt wieder! Fussläufig zum Meer, schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, sehr nette Gastgeber, wunderbare Aussicht von der Terrasse… alles prima!

Fabulous property & location!

We spent 8 days in gorgeous Eze. Everything you could possibly need is in the apartment and the fantastic terrace and pool are wonderful bonuses. Great location and bus/train very close and easy to use. Very friendly and helpful hosts too!

Un magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour ensoleillé. L'appartement et sa terrasse avec une vue sur la Méditerranée sont parfaits , vue encore plus belle depuis la piscine. L'appartement est très bien situé à proximité de Nice, Monaco et des sentiers de randonnée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et la gentillesse de Mr Karlsen.

Lovely holiday apartment with fantastic views. Well-equipped and looked after. A short walk to the beach and train station. The hosts are generous and welcoming (provided a pick-up from the train station and took us grocery shopping on arrival). Situé au rdc d'une maison, cet appartement est idéal pour visiter la région. La pièce principale est grande, la cuisine comporte tout le nécessaire, la chambre plus petite. Une terrasse avec une vue mer magnifique.

Très agréable location.

Mon épouse et moi sommes ravis de notre séjour à ÈZE bord de mer. L'appartement est spacieux, bien agencé, très propre. Il bénéficie d'une grande terrasse avec une vue mer exceptionnelle. La piscine surplombe un paysage magnifique au large de la plage d'ÈZE. M et Mme KARSTEN sont très accueillants, d'une grande gentillesse et se sont montrés parfaits pour faciliter notre séjour. La Covid19 nous a contraints à respecter des distances sans lesquelles nous aurions certainement pu sympathiser d'avantage. Pour toutes ces raisons nous recommandons cette location où nous espérons bien revenir l'été prochain.
