Muy mal el lugar, huele fatal, las camas son muy malas, la ubicación no es lo que dicen. No lo recomiendo, es sumamente caro para lo que ofrece.

Total nightmare

The host demanded a cash deposit which was never returned. and annoyed me constantly. I left a day early. The mind games have been described by other guests. I was a fool to rent a place with such poor reviews. The drama started before I arrived as the phone number on the website was a disconnected line. I received no info from the host until I was en route so I had to look for other hotels. They were all too far away. When I arrived, I was greeted by a woman who spoke only French which I could not understand. My cell phone had no service, so I could not translate. Chantal got on the phone and demanded a deposit. I asked to use a credit card but they refused Tired from a long travel I gave her a cash deposit. She also demanded a cleaning fee, which should’ve been disclosed prior to my booking. As other guests have described, the place is noisy with the major roadway, 25 cm from the door. The Wi-Fi turns off every evening about six or seven just when you need it the most. The cell phone service is weak with your phone jumping from Monaco telecom to Orange to Verizon.. The bathroom door does not shut, allowing the noise from the road to come into the bedroom through the vent. The host constantly sent me messages, insisting that I had asked her to rent the place for another week but I had made no such inquiries. On the night before I left, we agreed that they would return the deposit at 7 PM. They did not show up so I left at 8:30 realizing that I was being scammed and concerned about what other schemes they had in mind for me. My last evening was spent waiting for the crooked host instead of going out to dinner with my colleagues.

Gute Lage, gern wieder

Das Apartment bietet alles, was man braucht: sehr bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, tolle Dusche, Waschmaschine, separate Toilette. Leider hat das WLAN nicht gut funktioniert, sollte aber behoben werden. Die Lage direkt an der Straße ist nicht optimal, auch recht laut. Dafür ist man super schnell zu Geschäften gelaufen, hat Restaurants in der Nähe und kann auch schnell per Aufzug und Rolltreppen den Höhenunterschied von Beausoleil (F) nach Monaco überwinden. Fußläufig z.B. zum Kasino gelegen. Wenn das Internet einwandfrei funktioniert, würden wir das Apartment für einen Kurzurlaub jederzeit wieder buchen! Sehr nette Vermieterin und zuständige Person vor Ort!

Unnecessary stressful and annoying - no place you wanna stay unless you have no alternative.

Arrival / Check-In was easy - The door was unlocked and the keys were inside, so no problems to enter the place during the evening / night time. Great. Thanks. Part 1: The drama began with asking for an invoice. The next day when I asked for an invoice for the rental and especially for the 60 € that I had to pay in cash and on top, I asked for a receipt that I paid 300 € in cash for the caution. Should be the professional standard to get an invoice and receipt for security on both sides, isn't it? But that caused a crisis to the woman who received the money as she said she couldn't give an invoice - nor she couldn't give a proper receipt for the 300 € caution. The women called Chantal by phone and Chantal promised me to send the invoice on the same day to me - which she didn't do! Only after sending DM on Vrbo and considering to contact the police, she wrote she would send the invoice to me immediately. I'm still waiting for it. She also wrote that her husband is a lawyer - well, then she know even for the cleaning is also an invoice is needed. Part 2: The description of the apartment equipment is not correct. - There is an oven, but the oven is not working! - There is an AC, but when I wanted to let the AC run and I was searching for the remote controller, Chantal wrote "About the Air Conditioner do you want it or not at all? Because WE Have to ask at the syndicate of the building the remote control". I found the remote controller and set it on to let the studio cool down... then Chantal told me on the phone that it wasn't obligatory for them to give the AC to me as long it's not over 35 C (!!!) and the woman who took the 360 € also took the AC remote controller away from me, but leaving the AC on at 24 C constantly running for 4 days... even I would have loved to switch off the AC during the nights - no chance! A torture! - Then the apartment/house is surrounded by a road and the bed is next to a wall of an entry area. It's absolutely clairaudient and you hear everything. Nothing for people with a weak sleep. So overall the stay felt absolutely stressful, simply terrible, like a struggle even days after I got back home. No recommendation to stay there, unless you have no other option.

Ideal location

Great location with a beautiful view just outside. Simple but almost everything that you need for a stay near Monaco. Listing says there is a hair dryer, but that was missing. Kitchen sink water also didn’t work. Otherwise the apartment had everything we needed. Easy walk to the Grand Prix.

Für unsere Bedürfnisse war der Aufenthalt ideal, würden wieder dort buchen.

Wir waren beruflich in Monaco, daher passte das Angebot recht gut zu unseren Bedürfnissen. Wir brauchten eigentlich nur ein Bad und zwei Betten, also Hotelzimmer-Charakter.

Terribile. Siamo arrivati e ci è stato chiesto €80,00 di pulizia (e si parlava di pulizia precedente al nostro arrivo), peccato aver trovato tutto sporco e polveroso. Persino una blatta morta. La luce non andava per i primi due giorni, maniglia della porta rotta, wifi inesistente. Al sesto giorno, dopo un temporale, la luce ha smesso di funzionare di nuovo. Al nostro ritorno la luce funzionava, ma senza avvisarci, sono entrati nell’appartamento e ci hanno tolto il piano cottura ad induzione lasciandoci senza cucina. Dovevano metterlo il giorno dopo, siccome secondo loro era questo che faceva saltare la corrente, peccato che tornando anche il giorno dopo non c’era nè il piano cottura nè la luce! Nessuno sa parlare inglese e la comunicazione è stata pessima, nemmeno un minimo rimborso visto tutto quello che ci hanno fatto passare. Non la consiglio nemmeno al mio peggior nemico.
