You'll love this house for its central location and its modern and warm decor.
You'll enter through a gate that opens onto a long terrace with garden furniture.
The front door opens onto a large, bright living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, dining island, large sofa, television, sound bar, and Wi-Fi.
On the left, you have a first shower room with a toilet and sink.
Then, crossing the main room, you'll arrive in a small hallway that leads to the first bedroom.
This bedroom has a double bed and storage space.
You'll find a second, more spacious bedroom adjoining this one, also with a double bed and an adjoining renovated shower room with a toilet and sink.


- As mentioned above, there is no designated parking, and you can easily get around the house on foot, as the city center is 5 minutes away. The nearest public parking is the Indigo Libération parking lot in Beausoleil (you can use the app to reserve a space) or the Bellevue St Charles parking lot, both located in Monaco.
- Monaco Train Station is an 11-minute walk from the apartment. We will send you an automated message informing you of the buses near the apartment.
- Nice Airport is a 32-minute drive from the apartment.


There is no parking with the rental; you must climb a few stairs to access the house.

A set of bed linens and towels is provided per person during your stay and are included in the cleaning fee. An arrival kit awaits you to allow you to start your vacation. this kit includes: small soaps and shampoos, coffee, rolls of toilet paper and trash bags.

Parties are forbiden in the house and the terrace must be quiet at 9.00pm
