The room was clean and the staff were very nice. It would have been nice to know what wasn't included in the "all inclusive package" before ordering something and having to pay for it. There could have been more ala carte restaurants.

Such an amazing experience I will definitely be back one day and I would not stay anywhere else the staff were like family my children loved the activities the food was amazing and the vibes were breathtaking. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Have spoken with management about the issues of transport, communication and the villa not being ready upon our arrival. Management said they will fix these issue and work strongly on improving these services.
