"The room was very warm even with the windows open as it was at the top of the property. A room fan was provided but it meant that there was a constant noise when it was on. The breakfast was really nice."

"Very clean room staff were there when needed and always helpful breakfast was excellent very happy with everything thank you"

"Lady who runs it was lovely very clean room smelt lovely room was a bit small and bed was not very comfortable but every thing else was spot on"

"Clean but a little dated hotel. Only one tiny bottle of shampoo / shower gel provided in the bathroom."

"Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. To me the restaurant is in the wrong location..would have liked it if it was on the main floor where breakfast is served so you could have a view over the sea front while having you main meal ..rather than down below ground level .. sorry but the prices are a little high .. drink .starter .main ..half pint coke ..pate ..fish chips and peas for £32. 00 is high sorry that's my thoughts ..food was nice but still .. staff are a credit to the hotel."

"staff were extremely polite and helpful."
