Located in a quiet environment, close to the village center and activities (including a tree climbing park), it offers a relaxing setting on a wooded and enclosed plot of 800m² with private parking.

The villa offers a beautiful living space of 57 m², fully air-conditioned, comprising:
- a living room with corner sofa and TV (Internet access / Wifi),
- a convivial dining room,
- a fully equipped open kitchen,
- An adjoining storeroom is also at your disposal with washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

The accommodation can accommodate up to 8 people.

On the night side, the house consists of:
- a master suite with 160 cm bed, cupboard and en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and WC,
- a bedroom with a 140 bed and en-suite bathroom (shower and sink),
- two bedrooms with 140 cm bed and storage space,
- a bathroom with bath, shower and washbasin,
- a separate toilet.

Bed linen and towels are provided, beds will be made on arrival.

Outside, you can enjoy:
- an 8 x 5 m swimming pool heated from 1 June to 30 September,
- a terrace with pergola, garden furniture and deckchairs,
- a barbecue for your outdoor meals.

The enclosed and wooded garden allows you to relax in peace.

The house, on one level, is particularly pleasant to live in and suitable for stays with family or friends, with a quiet environment while remaining close to the amenities and activities of the region.
