Villa Eau de Roche, a high-end villa, offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation, whether during peak or off-season. Every room has a private bathroom and air conditioning. No direct neighbors across the way. The villa is surrounded by the famous Moliets golf course and a beautiful pine forest. The beach is only a few hundred meters away. The villa is well-equipped for families with children. With a heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and gym, the villa ensures a comfortable stay.

The villa spans 170 m² over two floors and is furnished with stylish, high-quality, contemporary furnishings and fixtures.

Upon entering through the main door, you’ll be greeted by a beautiful, double-height open-plan living room and kitchen. Large sliding doors open onto the terrace and pool area.

The sitting area features large, comfortable corner sofas from which you can enjoy a clear view of the wall-mounted flat-screen digital TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an American-style fridge/freezer with a water and ice dispenser, and a professional double range oven with an induction cooktop.

On the main floor, there is an utility room, a separate restroom (wheelchair accessible), and three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a double bed that can be separated into two single beds. Each bedroom has direct access to the large terrace that surrounds the house. Two of the downstairs bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted flat-screen TVs. The sauna with shower is also located on the first floor.

The stairs (beautifully lit at night) lead upstairs to two more bedrooms with private bathrooms and air conditioning, each featuring a double bed that can be separated into two single beds.

All five bedrooms feature high-quality bedding, plenty of storage space, a full-length mirror, and a hair dryer.

The south-facing terrace with a 9x4 heated pool is equipped with luxury lounge chairs, two comfortable garden sofas, a two-person hammock, and two outdoor dining tables. Behind the terrace, you’ll find relaxing spots on the lawn with views of the forest.
Near the kitchen, you’ll find the six-person Jacuzzi and a large stainless steel griddle (plancha).

In spring 2025, we converted one of the garages into a gym. It is equipped with a bike, a rowing machine, a multi-bench, kettlebells, barbells, mats, resistance bands, a BOSE soundbar, and a smart TV.

All double beds can be separated into two single beds, and we’ll be happy to arrange the rooms according to your preferences.

There are two high chairs and two travel cribs in the villa.

You can book additional or daily cleaning.

We can also arrange airport transfers and a private chef.

Rental bikes will be delivered to the villa.
