## Logement
My house is very comfortable, and you'll particularly appreciate its two furnished walk-through terraces! On sunny days, you'll be able to dine in peace and quiet, or take a siesta out of sight.
Sleeping up to 4 people, it comprises :
- a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed;
- a mezzanine sleeping area with 2 single beds (90x190);
- an open-plan kitchen with a bar/dining area;
- a shower room with closed toilet and sliding door;
- an open-plan living/dining room opening onto 2 terraces with a TV and non-convertible sofa, where you can easily relax.
You'll be staying in a beautiful residence with a shared swimming pool, which is a pleasant bonus! There's also a miniature golf course (for a fee) and ping pong tables.
The 2 terraces are spacious and not directly overlooked, and include the necessary furniture, tables, chairs and parasols to protect you from the summer sun. An electric plancha and 2 body boards are also available.
There's also a parking space in front of the house for 1 car.
The house is professionally cleaned before and after each trip.

The village center is 8 minutes away by bike, and Moliets' 2 beaches are 10 minutes away by bike! Les Chênes Lièges, a more tranquil and secluded "green" beach, and the central Moliets beach, with its bars and restaurants in the vicinity: a choice to suit your mood of the day!
Nearby you'll find: restaurants, the adrenaline park (10-minute walk), a bike rental service...
The Étang de Moliets is a 5-minute walk away, where you can enjoy a stroll or go fishing!

Visit other places of interest such as Courant de Huchet, Ponton du lac d'azur, Circuit du pont du Loup, Dinosaure Parc, and many more...

For your daily shopping, you'll find a U Express and Drive 5 minutes away by car or 10 minutes by bike, in the commune of Moliets, as well as a butcher's, baker's, chemist's and tobacconist's.

The accommodation is located on the Golf Océan estate, 10 minutes by bike from the beautiful "Chênes Lièges" beach, and the cycle path to get there runs alongside the Moliets International Golf Course, which is itself next to the estate: everything can be done without a car, peacefully and serenely. The famous Vélodysée, the long-distance cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, is just 5 minutes away and offers easy rides through pine forests.
