Your cozy apartment in Moliets is located near a variety of exciting sporting activities including swimming, water sports, golfing at the Golf de Moliets course, tennis, quad driving, horse riding, hiking, and more! This is a lovely budget-friendly option for those who want to enjoy all the area has to offer while not breaking the bank!

Our cozy 2 BEDROOM space has a Double bed in the first bedroom and 2 Single beds in the second bedroom. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests.

After a day at the beach, return back to the cozy LIVING SPACE. Wi-Fi is available upon request for €20/person/stay or €30/family pack/stay for those that wish to connect with friends back home. Wi-Fi is available for free at the reception. Walk out on to the balcony or patio and enjoy the fresh air.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM. On-site laundry machines are available for an additional charge.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a dishwasher, electric hotplates, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee maker.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Les Terrasses de l'Océan where our 45m2 space is conveniently located. These include the shared indoor pool, the shared seasonal outdoor pool, the FREE on-site sauna, and bike storage. Guest services are available on-site to ensure a stress-free stay.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €350 and a small daily tourist tax charged per person. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end of stay cleaning will be provided for an additional fee of €65.

If you don't feel like cooking, our favourite place to grab a bite to eat is Titine, just a 5 minute drive away. If you want to pick up groceries, SPAR Supermarché is just a 3 minute drive away. You can't stay here without exploring the local beaches in Moliets, Vieux-Boucau, Soustons, and Seignosse.
