Room was small with 1 queen bed. When I asked for a different room I was told they could not do since I booked on line. Dead bolt on door was broken. When I tried to call the office to report it, the phone did not work. After the maintenance person was unable to repair they moved us to an equally small room next door. We discovered he tv did not work. At that point a different staff member moved us to a larger room with a king bed. We were very dissatisfied with the initial lack of customer service provided us with the check in process. Young people hired to work the front desk need to be trained to accommodate the customer instead of just saying they can’t help you.
