  • This delightful one bedroomed apartment is ideally situated in one of the best areas of Mojacar Pueblo . It is only 150 meters to the Bus stop which will take you to the glorious promenade and the blue flag sandy beaches of Mojacar. This beautiful appointed apartment is minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Mojacar Pueblo with its varied gift shops, bars Mojacar Pueblo also has an excellent selection of fine restaurants to suit all tastes. This newly renovated property consists of the main bedroom, off the hall is a spacious bathroom down the hall you enter the open plan lounge, diner and kitchen off the lounge you will find yourself on the east facing terrace with its breathtaking views of Mojacar Playa and its surrounding areas and beyond.

Bright, Modern, Attractive Apartment

This is a lovely apartment, clean and tidy. Lots of nice extra touches such as spare towels, tea towels, and Slippers and bathrobes , first aid kit etc. The view was amazing and the property nicely located a short walk from the center of Mojácar Pueblo. Excellent bus connections to the beach and to other local towns and cities. It really has been one of the best apartments we have stayed in.

The place is everything you could wish for, everything has been thought out. OH and those views from the balcony are breathtaking we will be back next year !!

Fantastic

My husband and I have just spent a week in this fabulous apartment ! It has everything you need to make it a home from home. The outside space is fantastic to watch those amazing sunrises. The location is excellent a few minutes walk to the centre of the Pueblo alternatively you can hop on the bus to the playa with its own individual restaurants and bars. I cannot recommend this place enough Simon our host was on hand at all times (he only lives minutes away should have any problems), fortunately everything was trouble free but it was reassuring knowing Simon was there should he be needed

Fabulous Stay!

Exceptional apartment with everything possible that you might need provided for. Really quiet location even when the village is celebrating a festival which is really unusual in Spain. Stunning sunrises each morning from the balcony, great bed and powerful shower. Perfect.

Perfect....Highly recommend....

I absolutely love this place with its stunning views off the balcony and the furnishing “well” the layout it’s just perfect with all the essentials and utilities You need. The apartment is situated in an ideal spot with village shops, bars and restaurants all around so there’s plenty to do. Also the beach is only a few minutes bus ride down the road which run every half hour and the bus stops right outside the apartment. It’s the second time I’ve stayed here and I’m just in the process of booking a third, this place is fantastic. with lovely friendly people and the food is great . So if you want to relax, enjoy and experience proper Spain then this is it, you will not be disappointed it’s amazing.

immaculate apartment.

Very nice apartment, great decor and sparkling clean. Owner was always on hand but never obtrusive, and was very informative on restaurants , transport and the village. The view from balcony was stunning, especially at sunrise, watching the sun come up over the sea was spectacular. Only one thing was the stairs to and from the apartment, there’s a lot of them, but I managed with my arthritic knees, and you do get used to them after a while. The apartment is close to the village and also the bus stop. All in all I would thoroughly recommend the accommodation and owner , it’s ideal for two people.

Considering we stayed in November parking is a major problem. The internal fixture and fittings are good but the building its self, especially the steps, of which there are many, are filthy. Also a Spanish couple above the apartment are prone to having major domestic issues in the middle of the night, screaming and shouting at each other which was not nice.

Stunning Views

This one bedroomed apartment is situated within a three minute walk of the bars and restaurants of the Pueblo. It is a short walk from the bus stop which goes down to the beach at a fare of €1.20 It has stunning views from the balcony and is in a very quiet location. There is everything you require in the apartment for anyone who prefers eating in. Simon (the owner) was extremely helpful throughout our stay, recommending places to eat, drink and visit and was easily contactable by mobile. We have recently retired and are fit and active, however there are quite a number of steps to the apartment and therefore not suitable for those less able. We would definitely stay again

Would recommend.

The apartment was just great... we stopped there for the whole of June 18 and we cannot praise it enough, very modern very chic . Simon the owner was very accommodating when we arrived and made us feel really welcome always on hand if we needed anything . Mojacar is a lovely part of Spain and highly recommended, so give it a try if you have never been.

A beautiful property with stunnincg views Exceptionally clean with all the facilities you may need.

A lovely apartment in a great location in the Pueblo. Very comfortable with everything you could want for your stay.Two minutes from shops , cafes, bars and restaurants, but still peaceful.Not far from the bus stop to take you down to the Playa. Breakfast on the sunny balcony every day with views of the sea was heavenly Simon made me feel really welcome and couldn't do enough to make my stay pleasurable. As Mojacar is built on a hill, the apartment is accessed by quite a few steps so not for the infirm. It is possible to get to the village and back by only going down the steps. I was fitter at the end of my stay, with my daily step exercises !. I would definitely return to this ideal spot.

A perfect Haven for two

Simon met us on arrival and walked us to the property. The apartment was 3 mins from the Pueblo centre, the Bus route to the Playa and all the bars and restaurants. The village is lovely, witha traditional Moorish style and the people are very friendly. The apartment is lovely and clean, with a fabulous kitchen supplied with everything you would need for snacks or making a meal. The view from the Terrace was amazing with sea views and the natural landscape to the coast is breathtaking. A truly lovely experience.

Stylish & comfortable, stunning views

We had a lovely month here. The apartment is small but has everything you could possibly want and there is a dining table with 4 chairs so we were even able to invite friends for lunch. Simon really cares about detail so you will never find yourself thinking "I want to grate some cheese" only to find there isn't a grater! The bathroom is roomy and the shower is big. The bedroom is plenty big enough for two and the main room is very comfortable, with good wifi and a TV with Netflix for when you don't want to go out to any of the many bars or restaurants in the Pueblo. The cherry on the cake for this apartment is the terrace with its stunning views over the ever changing Mediterranean coast....and as night falls you can stand outside to watch dozens of martins flying almost within arm's reach against a back drop of pink and grey. As always with Mojacar Pueblo beware the stairs! To get to this apartment you have to negotiate about 30 stairs, either up or down, but after the first day or two it doesn't seem too bad - and when you are on your way up to the Bar you feel you have really earned that drink!

Chic & Comfortable.

We just adored staying here.Perfectly situated with easy parking,the apartment is clean, beautifully & comfortably furnished with everything needed to make our stay easy & enjoyable.The owner has really gone out of his way to ensure that every need is catered for,from the well-equipped kitchen,to the bathroom and there's even a barbeque on the balcony with a dazzling view.The owner was on call 24/7 and was very helpful with a myriad of suggestions for day trips and recommendations for all the great bars & restaurants in Mojacar & beyond.I can't wait to come back next year!

Bijou apartment- great for a couple. Very well fitted out with tasteful modern fixtures and fittings. Right in the heart of Mojocar so fab location. Everything you could possibly want was provided and Simon, the owner, was lovely. Would love to return - magical place.

No regrets..

"Probably one of the best holidays I've had so far" The apartment was very clean & is everything the description says. I thought the views off the balcony was just amazing & only a five minute bus ride down to the beach with plenty of shops restaurants & bars. The owner was very friendly & helpful if needed. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone who,s looking for a break in Mojacar.

Traditional, beautiful..perfect for a couple

We had a fabulous weeks holiday in this lovely apartment in Mojacar pueblo...very close to all bars and restaurants, and bus stops, but far enough away in a quiet little corner, to be really peaceful. There are steps to the property, but Mojacar IS all steps, so not a problem. The views from the balcony are really fabulous, and the Bbq was great for evenings 'at home'.....The owner ( Simon) met us from the local bus in person, which I thought was really nice. He was really great letting us know all about local bars, restaurants, and suggesting days out. When we arrived at the apartment I was really pleased with our choice of where to stay...yes it was quite compact, but as soon as the door opens onto the balcony it is fabulous. Simon's attention to detail was great..he really has thought of everything..from kitchen utensils..dressing gowns..as I said a great Bbq..The apartment really is furnished to make you feel right at home and I really must praise the quality of the bedding, really good and the bed was great also.......everywhere and everything was so clean....we have stayed in lots of other rental apartments over the years and can honestly say this was my absolute favourite. A very big thank you Simon for everything and your your thoughtfulness with everything..we will book again very soon when in Spain again.

our amazing holiday in mojacar 2017

We arrived in Mojacar on the 27th of August and were met by the owner Simon who could not have been more friendly and welcoming. The apartment was immaculate with a fully functioning kitchen and shower facilities with clean towels, face flannels, slippers and bath robes. There was also wifi and a tv in the living area with access to netflix, youtube etc. The doors opened onto a balcony with stunning scenery and sea views. We were a 5 minute walk from the town square which had plenty of bars, restaurants and little shops and a bus stop where a bus runs half hourly down to the beautiful beaches which is a 10 minute journey! There is a beautiful shopping centre, cafe,s, restaurants, shops and beach bars with miles of stunning beaches. This holiday was everything we could have wished for and the owner Simon went over and above to ensure we had the best stay possible, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend to anyone including friends and relatives..

Fantastic holiday in an amazing setting!

When we arrived in the beautiful village of Mojacar we were welcomed by the owner Simon. He personally showed us around the apartment which was clean, beautifully furnished to a high standard and had everything we could have wanted/needed. He had thought of everything, from plug adaptors and phone chargers to dressing gowns and slippers. The nice surprise was everything else you wouldn't expect such as a high spec LG TV, good WiFi, a Bose music system, washing machine, fridge freezer and even the latest style kettle, all well known, top brand names. The apartment was spacious, homely and the top quality beds were very comfortable. No expense has being spared when setting up this apartment, if I didn't know better I would say I was staying in Simons home, nothing I would need had been overlooked. The icing on the cake was the bottle of wine and chocolates left in the kitchen as a gift to welcome us. Mojacar is beautiful and unspoiled. A ten minute bus ride to the beach is easily accessible and buses are regular in both directions. I've found the perfect destination and Simons apartments are above all expectations, why stay anywhere else, I won't be.

Perfect for two, with a wonderful view.

Simon the owner met us in the village and escorted us to the apartment. The apartment was newly decorated and refurbished very tastefully, also it was immaculately clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. The location was perfect, near to bars/restaurants and across from the bus stop which would take you to Mojacar Playa (beach). The view from the balcony was fab, down the mountain to the sea. Simon could not have been more helpful.

Simons wonderful apartment

We recommend Simons apartment because it is first class in every way. and simon is the host with the most,nothing was to much trouble,We could allways get in touch at the touch of a button. The views from the terrace are to die for,no better view in Mojacar.The furniture is brand new,and the shower is super. All in all we had a great time. Paul & Chris
