夕食付きのプランだったが、チェックイン時にスタッフが把握していなかった。インターネットの環境が悪い、洗面台のレバーが壊れていた。朝食時に私のテーブルに他人が座っていた。席ぐらいしっかり管理するべき。 4月12日朝食のクロワッサンがクッキーのように硬かった。チェックアウト時に、私に確認もせずにデポジットで使用したカードで決済した。ありあえない。レストランのスタッフは英語が出来ないスタッフが多い。教育がされていない。
