"Prenotato scegliendo 1 letto queen size, arrivo e ci sono 3 letti singoli. Chiedo di cambiare, mi dicono che non si può cambiare stanza perché sono fully booked. Però posso avvicinare due letti, mi dicono. Chiedo se possono farlo loro ma no, se voglio devo farlo io (comportamento strano). Cena OK. ..."

"Each staff member knew 3 to 5 language so we were able to communicate easily. As an English speaker this made my stay much better- I was last in the Czech Republic 40 years ago no one, outside of Prague, talked English so being able to communicate was wonderful.
