    The Space:

    This beautifully remodeled Spanish Valley townhouse boasts access to a seasonal pool, classic home comforts, and a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for that Utah vacation with your family or a quiet getaway with your friends. Surrounded by the gorgeous red rocks of the Spanish Valley and located six miles south of the charming town of Moab, this home away from home is ideally positioned for enjoying small-town fun and exploring natural beauty. Though, with nearby golf and swimming, you might just want to stay home!



    Relax on your patio in the fresh air, then step inside and enjoy the comfort of central air conditioning and heating. The completely updated interior features a modern kitchen with new appliances, as well as fresh paint and newly carpeted floors throughout. Get cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with gorgeous wood cabinetry, a two-seat breakfast bar, and helpful extras like a dishwasher. Gather for special meals at the dining table, or dine alfresco on the patio with serene golf course views. A grill is provided for cookouts.



    Kick back on stylish furniture in the welcoming living room and use the free WiFi to plan something fun for the kids or watch your favorite shows on the cable TV.



    Each bathroom's spacious shower, combined with a private washer/dryer, will keep everyone feeling nice and fresh before you head out to gorgeous Spanish Valley!

    As tempting as it is to just stay in and enjoy the swimming pool (open April through October), there's plenty nearby to explore! Moab has its fair share of restaurants and shops to take in, but the area's real treasure is a wide variety of national parks nearby. Ken's Lake and Dead Horse are within 35 miles of your new home away from home.

Love the town of Moab and if you are going to play the golf course this is the place to stay. A little jaunt into town but the solitude and night sky can not be beat.

Moab mountain biking trip

Highly recommend this property as base camp for Moab area mountain biking trip. Location/ logistics were good relative to town and various mountain biking trails. Property is clean, modern, relaxing and convenient. A great stay.

Excellent condo, excellent location for an excellent vacation

This condo is a great location for families, it quite, clean and safe. We had a great time in Moab and enjoyed multiple days in Arches national Park. We enjoyed Moab and all it has to offer down town. Will definitely be back again.

Wonderful weekend getaway

This was the perfect place to stay for our family for a four day weekend! It was nice to have a pool accessible during the hot weather. We also enjoyed being on the golf course! I would definitely stay here again!!

This property was just as listed in the VRBO posting. Very clean, well maintained and adequately stocked with all essentials and then some. If we visit this location again we would definitely stay here without hesitation.
