Welcome to the Magic of Moab! We are pleased to be able to share our home away from home with you! Enjoy the sunset from the patio with views of the La Sal Mountains, Moab Rim and red rock. Relax after a day of exploration in our comfortable townhome. The townhome is located in Rim Village, 7 minutes south of Moab.

Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen including a 12 cup automatic drip coffee maker and filters, blender and crock pot. The breakfast bar provides casual seating and there is seating for eight at the dining area table. A Weber grill is on the patio - eat inside or out!

The main bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom with queen bed & twin bed and third bedroom with a queen bed, share a full bathroom. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. All bedrooms have HD TV’s. Shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, liquid hand soap, lotion and a hair dryer are stocked in the bathrooms.

Cable TV and Wi-Fi are complimentary.
The washer and dryer are ready for your use. Detergent, iron & table top ironing board are provided.
The townhome is on ground level = no stairs.
For young visitors, we have a pack 'n play and high chair.

Park your vehicles and store your bikes and gear in the 2 car garage. There is ample parking in the driveway. Trailers and large rigs can park nearby on Cold Springs Drive, Meador Drive and Gemini Bridges Lane.

POOL & HOT TUB: The Rim Village community pool and spa are a wonderful amenity! The community pool is open seasonally as it is not heated and the hot tub is open year round. Changing rooms and bathrooms are next to the pool.

Our team is always available should you need any assistance or any questions during your stay. We are happy to make any recommendations on things to do and places to see.

This is a No-Smoking/Vaping townhome. Pets are not allowed. Guests must also observe the Rim Village Guest rules.

The cleaning fee is $139 per stay. The Damage Protection policy is your choice of $59 for up to $1,500 in damages or a refundable deposit of $1,500.

* Discounts are offered for 7 plus night stays with the exception of Jeep Safari and several other events. The discount is built in to your booking rate.

Our townhome is located 15 minutes from Arches National Park and 25 minutes from Canyonlands National Park; some of the most spectacular scenery in the world. Adventure is just around the corner. Jeep into the depths of Canyonlands. Marvel at Balanced Rock. Go rock climbing on the famed Wall Street. Mountain bike the world famous Slick Rock or ride the trails at Navajo Rocks. Hike to a breathtaking, rich red sunset at Delicate Arch. Discover petroglyphs and pictographs in hidden canyons. Moab offers a variety of local restaurants, breweries, a museum, gift shops, gear & clothing stores, art galleries, bike and jeep rental companies, adventure companies, banks and grocery stores.

This was the perfect home base for our Moab vacation. It is within short driving distance to parks and trails, while offering a comfortable place to relax after a long day of hiking and activities. The property was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and had all the amenities we were looking for, including a full stocked kitchen, garage, access to a hot tub and pool, and more than ample space for our family. Best of all, the hosts were really great, probably one of our best experiences when renting. Not only did they send us a lot of information and tips for our upcoming trip, they were also super responsive and available when we had questions. Thank you for your hospitality and a wonderful stay.

First of all Dale and Jo-Ann are amazing hosts! They are lightning fast at communicating and provided everything you need for a comfortable and cozy stay. The beds were super comfortable and the living room was perfect for the family to hang out and watch tv and relax in the evening after a full day of play in beautiful Moab! The house is beautiful inside and out, the pool and hot tub were close by and awesome. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay! Location was ideal for us, close to amenities and the Main Street, yet far enough away to be a quiet community. Pool was within walking distance, uncrowded (even when others were there), and refreshing. The little extras, such as coolers and ice packs, were a beneficial bonus. Felt like all our comforts while traveling were considered. My son complained of the front bedroom being warm at night, but he tends to run warmer and the rest of us were comfortable. We would unquestionably stay here again if we returned to Moab.

Family time in Moab

We loved our stay. Place was beautiful, clean, so much space and supplied with anything you needed. Close to Arches National Park, Canyon Lands and many other gorgeous hikes. Owners were super helpful with their recommendations and easy to communicate with. Our kids said best vacation w had ever taken!!

Wonderful home in a quiet area of beautiful Moab!

Loved this home, very nicely decorated, very clean and well-organized, with everything you could need. Lots of space in the garage for 2 cars, a private patio for dining and watching the sunset, amazing dark sky, easy access to incredible hiking, fun restaurants downtown. The hosts were easily accessible for any questions, but you will have few because all you need is right there! And the beds are comfy too! You won't be disappointed by this property.

Great place to stay in Moab

We loved staying in this condo. It’s out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Moab, which was a plus for us. There’s a nice grill, so we grilled hamburgers instead of waiting in a restaurant line. It was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely stay here if we’re in Moab again.

Moab-National Parks Trip

This townhouse was perfect for our stay in Moab while we visited some of the National Parks in the area! The owners have thought of everything that you would need during your stay. The views from the townhouse are amazing! I would highly recommend this rental property!

Awesome stay in Moab!

This was one of the best rentals we've ever stayed in. The hosts thought of everything you might possibly need while being away from home and at this location. From the binder with things to do and places to eat, and all of the towels and bed linens, they had everything covered. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Moab again. It was a very comfortable place to stay!
