Five-and-a-half miles from the stunning sights of Arches National Park, you'll be surrounded by a quiet neighborhood, while having easy access to adventure and fun in downtown Moab!

Step into the casual main living area and put your feet up on the plush couch. Surf the cable channels on the flatscreen TV. Enjoy the central AC on hot days and cuddle up by the gas fireplace when the temperature drops.

The private washer/dryer will keep the dirty clothes at bay while you head outside and sink into the bubbling hot tub. Connect to the WiFi to listen to some background tunes while one of your guests fires up the BBQ to grill up a fresh dish from local ingredients.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with white appliances and spacious counters. Enjoy your meal at the chic wooden dining room table, then let the dishwasher do the cleanup while you enjoy the serenity around the firepit.

When it's time to retire, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home will host up to nine guests with ease. In the master bedroom, you'll be treated to a rejuvenating king-size bed, patio access, and an en suite. In the second room, you'll find a soft queen-size bed and plenty of storage. The third room has two twin-size beds and a flatscreen TV, making it the perfect spot for your youngsters. If you need more sleeping space there are two sofabeds available.

Enjoy a quick bite to eat, grab your camera and your gear, then head to the awaiting beauty of Arches National Park. Boasting trails, hikes, picnic spots, and postcard-ready landscapes waiting to be captured, this is the ideal spot for photographers, artists, and outdoor lovers. Afterward, head back to your place to do a few laps in the shared pool.

Get your adrenaline going with a heart-pumping trip down the rapids of the Colorado River. With rafting companies offering full-day, half-day, and even overnight packages, you can customize your experience to suit your needs. Take hikes in Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, or find the perfect mountain biking or Jeep trail.

Whether you're coming to explore Arches National Park, navigate the Colorado, or simply melt the stress in the bubbling hot tub, this Utah home surrounds you with peace and beauty.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location, perfect for our family

Property was a perfect size for our family of 5. Plenty of room for my college kids to have their own space when needed. Property was clean and well maintained. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table. We loved being able to walk into town, especially after the long drive from Salt Lake. We would definitely stay here again.

While the house was clean and a nice place to relax after hiking, we arrived to find that the master bathroom had an almost empty roll of toilet paper and the spare bathroom had less than 1/2 roll (and no additional rolls in the house). When we notified the management company of the lack of toilet paper the morning after we arrived, they stated that they only provide a starter kit and we needed to purchase any additional needed. Disappointed for the amount of money we paid to not have enough toilet paper for 3 people for 3 days, of which most of the time was spent hiking.

Great location in Moab

This home is a perfect location, minutes fro Arches NP and close to Canyonlands NP plus Deadhorse State Park. Each night we were able to walk to great restaurants plus the Food Truck park was a great stop for a dessert, coffee or a meal.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home and very clean. Had everything a family needs. Really liked the 3 couches and 2 love seats to accommodate all of us. Texded us for early check in which was so much appreciated. Highly recommend staying here.

Great home base for Arches and Canyonlands

The home was comfortable and accurate to the listing. Having a garage was great as well as laundry. The beds were OK and the pillows were pretty weak, but everything else was great.

Great home base

Spacious, comfortable property within walking distance of downtown Moab and its shops and restaurants. Perfect location from which to explore Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. One note - the toilet in the guest bathroom doesn’t flush well. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Visit to Arches

We decided to visit Arches in the off season. It’s beautiful in the winter, by the way! The unit is just minutes away from the entrance to the park. Check in and out process was a breeze and communication with property manager was excellent. The unit was pretty well maintained overall. Normal wear and rare that you’d expect. The router is located in the garage and the internet signal was very weak throughout the house, so we were unable to connect devices well or use Netflix. The sleeping accommodations were great and the ping pong table was a major bonus. The hot tub was well maintained and we enjoyed using it. The unit is located on what seems to be a rather busy street, across from a trailer park. We were able to hear cars and trucks coming and going late into the night which wasn’t a deal breaker, but not ideal.

Great location in Great House

This house was perfect for our family of 6 trip mid December 2023 to see Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Our family enjoyed the ping pong table and hot tub. The kitchen and linens were fully stocked for our needs. The location made downtown Moab easily accessible for groceries and restaurants. This a great house. It was clean and had everything we needed.

Thanksgiving in Moab

We used this property as our home base as we explored the area including mountain biking and hiking. We also prepared a full Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen was large enough and well equipped to prepare our meals.

Family Trip To Arches

The house was spotless and everything in it was in excellent condition. It was walkable to town and a short drive to Arches. The indoor pool was great for the hot afternoons when we were done hiking but the kids needed something to do. The only downside was that the view out of the front windows was of a poorly maintained trailer park so we kept the shades drawn since it wasn't an attractive view but overall would recommend staying here.

Beautiful home and great location!

We have stayed in many VRBO homes, and I would have to say that this is one of the most nicely furnished and beautifully decorated homes. Being 15 minutes to the Arches National Park and 35 to Canyonlands was very convenient along with a nice town with many shops and places to eat. They even have a City Market (Kroger) store that made us feel right at home. They had many pictures on the walls of the Canyonlands and Arches National Park. They have informational magazines and extremely well supplied kitchen and bathrooms with trash bags, soaps, and a very big laundry room and a garage that you can pull your car into. The beds were very comfortable and TVs in every room. We would highly recommend this location to anyone coming to this area of Utah.
