Welcome to Prickly Pear Vista managed by Moab Utah Properties. This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom, 2 car garage with a private patio condominium is located just 5 miles from the center of downtown. With stunning view of the red rocks and of the La Sal mountains and easy trail access, this is the perfect location for your HOV and trailers. At the end of an adventure filled day enjoy a dip in the pool or a soak in the hot tub.

Walk right out your front door to access the family recreation area. Pool, Hot tub, Tennis courts, Basketball and kids play area. Guests will have access to the full condo as well as the 2-car garage. The pool and hot tub are for the community.
The unit has keyless entry. The code will be sent to you three days prior to arrival. The entry code is only valid from check-in time on the day of arrival until the check out time on the day of departure.

We are available by phone, text, or message for anything you may need before or during your stay.

Neighborhood is safe and has a great vibe with people on vacation here to enjoy Moab!

Located 5 miles from downtown Moab. We suggest having your own vehicle or renting from Canyonlands Jeep Adventures, or Enterprise.
No smoking, parties or open flames(including candles) allowed in home.

Okay Moab

Stay was pretty nice, however, the stench from the kitchen sink, the noise of the washing machine, and the upstairs sinks being clogged… Not real enjoyable.

Prickly Pear property review

The place was nice, spacious, and comfortable. The location is great, quiet, away from downtown which is only a few miles away. The unit could use some repair/upgrades. The instructions could be clearer and more accurate, especially to lock up at check out. Property management staff was responsive.

Very comfortable home.

Just 6 miles south of town was a perfect location for my family. The home had nice views, spacious and comfortable and Clean. Only issue we had was the fridge not being cold enough. We understand things happen and fortunately we had our ice box with us. Had a wonderful vacation with great memories made and can’t wait to go back. Thank you for sharing your space with us.

Best VRBO Ever!

This was the nicest BRBO we have stayed at! Very clean everything in working order. Appliances and utensils sheets towels – all of good quality. The patio looks out on one of the amazing Moab rock formations, what a way to enjoy breakfast! We’ll be back.

A place to get away from it all :) Great view of mountain range from your balcony.

The property is on a quiet street , but a short drive will bring into the downtown area which really is not that big but full of excellent food and shops :)

Great Place

This place had everything we needed. It was clean, quiet inside, and the pool and hot tub were a great way to refresh after hiking. No Complaints. Note that there was a large Off-Road community with lots of razors and 4x4' parked up and down the street which I thought was pretty cool. We met a lot of nice people from all over. Great Place. We'll stay here again when we come back.

Clean but dated

Overall, we were pleased with our stay at the property. It appeared to be clean and tidy when we arrived, though the street sign name and address given were slightly different. You could tell the property was an older model with wear and tear. The king bed in the master suite is VERY worn out, it slumped on both sides and any movement caused noise from the mattress. Also, we went to use the blender and it was disgusting...it had been generally cleaned but when taking apart the canister (blade and gasket) there was slime and thick mold at the base of the canister. Also there were a few issues with bulbs not working or randomly going from very dim to very bright. The general bath and kitchen supplies were adequate for our use for the week.

Highly recommend

Great condo. A great place to relax after a long day of hiking. It is about 10 mins out of town. But worth the short drive. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The furniture was comfortable. We would stay here again.

Lots of room!

This rental is really nice and perfect for our needs. The garage is big and we loved that we could park our truck and 4 wheelers right there. The kitchen was nicely stocked with anything we needed. The living area is good size and a nice place to hang out after a day of hiking etc. We had one small issue, but the management was quick to respond and was more than helpful to remedy the issue. We would definitely stay here again:)

Just Loved Our Stay Here!

The location of the condo was perfect, close enough to town but not in town and off of the highway. The setting was just beautiful. The condo was sparkling clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. You couldn't ask for a better property manager. She reply and assisted us with our requests. I just love this place, it was beautiful, peaceful and I felt a wonderful value. We had the best stay here. Thank you very much!

Nice rental. Accurate description. Super location. Great complex with nice hot tub and pool. Easy check-in and check out. Quiet. It was more than I expected and the rooms were spacious and well decorated. A true home away from home.

Wish we could stay longer

We enjoyed our stay in Moab entirely. The condo was a wonderful getaway, clean and very private. The amenities were superb, including the comfortable beds. The kitchen had enough pots and pans for all our needs. The view from the condo was stunning at dusk and dawn.

Great townhome

We had a great stay at this home! Nicely decorated. Lots of kitchen appliances. Not far from downtown Moab, about a 5-10 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Moab! There were 6 of us and we were all comfortable and had enough space. Loved waking up in the morning and seeing the red rock mountains as we sat out on the patio! The stars at night were incredible! Kali responded right away when we had questions! Would highly recommend staying here!
