We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location…close to Moab and National Parks. The host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in process a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this house. Very nice and quiet community. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed. The private hot tub was clean and so much needed after a day of hiking and horseback riding. It is a bit away from the hustle of Moab but close enough so we could go there daily for activities, shopping and dining. Hosts of the home were excellent to work with and communication was excellent. We will definitely stay again should we go again.

Excellent property to enjoy the national parks and surrounding beauty in the area! Moab is a lovely little town and this property allowed us to have the comforts and amenities to focus on the activities we planned. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. The private hot tub was perfect after long days of hiking and Canyoneering! We would stay here again.

Nice clean and inviting place that is in close proximity to downtown, national parks and riding trails. Enjoyed coming back to the house and turning on the cozy fireplace and jumping in the hot tub. Jeff, our host was very responsive and helpful and was great to work with!

The place was clean and well maintained. There were beautiful views from the living room windows and throughout the property. The kitchen was well equipped, the hot tub was comfortably hot and clean. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer, and plenty of clean towels, including for the hot tub and the pool. Jeff was very efficient and very helpful with any questions or concerns, provided prompt responses when needed. I would highly recommend this property for your home away from home.

This home was perfect! Exceeded expectations. We walked in and were surprised by the actual size. It was just two of us but easily fits a group of 6. Well prepared with seasonings, coffee, ziploc bags and Tupperware, dishes, pots/pans etc. The host checked in and was readily available if needed. “Downtown” main strip is only about 8-10 mins down the road with abunch of grocery, shops, food. The entrance to Arches is about 20-25 mins and “entrance” to Canyonlands about the same but you have to drive in another 20 mins for the actual pay booth. Gorgeous area and home. Will be back!

Had minor issue with garage door opener. Might need fresh batteries. Overall, a great place to stay, enjoyed hot tub and pool and location. HVAC has but one thermostat/control. That made it slightly difficult to balance out temperature to various rooms, some very cold, some very warm. Loved eating on patio most meals. Nice quiet location. Would highly recommend this place.

Great Escape

The property was very clean & very nice & relaxing.Only a few small items that I did not plan on. I'm a short person so it was impossible for me to get in the Master Suite Bed. Luckily there was another bedroom so I camped out in another befroom. My partner stayed in Master Suite as he is taller. We are not Keurig coffee drinkers, had my own coffee & was able to have our breakfast on the patio. Kitchen could have used following supplies, vegetable oil. Aluminum foil & Ziploc bags. Just minor items but overall the place is good to unwind & relax.Bulbs not working in some lamps, front gate hard to open.

Best way to stay in Moab!

The house location was great. Small neighborhood with views of the snow capped mountains and rock walls just outside of town. What I love about this house is 3 king sized beds. Great for couples. The amenities, attention to detail, and cleanliness was perfect. After a long day of hiking, the soak in the hot tub helped a lot. Loved it all.

Great place to stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family of 4. The best part was the hot tub at the end of a long day of sightseeing and hiking. Beds were comfortable, my husband said he slept better there than he does at home.
