Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome, ideally situated just a six-minute drive from downtown Moab. Whether you're seeking thrilling outdoor adventures or a peaceful escape, our townhome is the ultimate basecamp for your Moab experience!

Our townhome in nestled into the natural red rock landscape with a large patio and private hot tub. Get your insta-worthy videos and photos while taking in the natural beauty of the setting :) This central location provides seamless access to all of Moab's iconic attractions, including Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, world-renowned mountain biking and hiking trails, OHV routes, and unforgettable desert scenery.

Our Location Rocks! The central location provides ideal access to all of the area attractions - Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, mountain biking and hiking trails, OHV trails and one-of-a-kind scenery. The Steelbender OHV trail is just down the street as well as petroglyphs and hiking trails. You'll be located just steps away from the Moab golf course, open year round.

Inside, you'll find a fully-stocked kitchen, a cozy gas fireplace, and a dining room perfect for gathering. Step outside to the wrap-around patio, complete with a gas grill, outdoor seating and a private hot tub. Whether you're cooking up a meal or relaxing with a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided with your stay), you'll be immersed in the desert vibes Moab is famous for.

Designed with multiple families or groups in mind, our townhome offers three spacious bedrooms, each with its own full attached bathroom—yes, 3 master suites! Enjoy meals together in the well-equipped kitchen or dine al fresco on the large patio. After a day of exploration, unwind in the private hot tub, conveniently located just outside the downstairs bedroom, and take in the starry desert sky.

Our townhome has comfy furnishing throughout and with high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, and a one-car garage with additional driveway parking, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Bed Configuration:

Master Bedroom: King Bed, 2nd Level + Attached Bath
2nd Bedroom: 2 Queen Beds, 2nd Level + Attached Bath
3rd Bedroom: Queen Bed, Main Level + Attached Bath
Please Note: This is a two-story unit, and stairs are required to access some of the bedrooms.

Perfect for our family

We had a great time. The place is clean and the bedrooms w bathrooms were perfect for our family. Being up against the rocks was a beautiful setting and felt peaceful. Close enough to town to run in, but far enough away that it was a little secluded. The hot tub was a bonus. Owners are helpful and respond quickly. Thanks!

Beautiful view and location

The location is beautiful and ideal. 15mins to town for meals and shopping. It has great stores.The master shower/ bath has no support noisy when showering plus the plumbing extremely loud.Microwave should be repair or replaced. Overall is a 4 we did enjoy our stay.

Spacious with Beautiful Scenery

We stayed at this property for a week while we visited Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. This property was a reasonable drive to both and had plenty of room for my family of four.The bedrooms all have very ample space especially the two upstairs rooms (master and double queens). Tons of closet space and empty drawers for all rooms. Garage easily find my mid-size SUV.Heater worked efficiently and kept us cozy. Hot tub provided a great way to enjoy the beautiful night sky.The only area of the house that feels small is the kitchen; it can be hard to have more than one person in there at a time. But kitchen is adequately stocked with every all the basics a family would need.Views from the house are extraordinary! The red rocks against the back of the house create privacy and views out the back of the house, and the font of the house has sweeping views of the plateau across the valley. Absolutely stunning!I would definitely stay at this property again. We loved it!

Moab Parks Visit

The property checked most of the boxes for our needs for three adult family members travelling together. We needed three bedrooms with a full bathroom in each, with at least one being downstairs. The area is quiet with beautiful sunrises out the back windows. The short drive into town provides many choices for good restaurants after a day out walking at the parks.

Peaceful retreat in Moab

Over all is was great. Good location, nice and quiet Unfortunately, there was one bedroom that appeared not to have been serviced. The sheets were not cleaned, there was a washing machine so we were at least able to wash the sheets quickly. Earplugs and nail clippings were also left by the bedside. Other than that, the rest of the property looked great and was clean

Cozy Townhouse

Cozy townhouse located 10ish minutes from the main drag in Moab where there are restaurants, souvenir shops, and a grocery store. Nice proximity to Arches too. House was clean and well stocked with the basic conveniences needed for your stay (hair dryer, kitchen appliances, salt and pepper, and delicious coffee from a local coffee shop).

Perfect for 3 couples for 3 nights

Everything was great. Only a couple weird things b4 checking in. 1. Cleaning couple - the guy was lounging on the couch when asked if it was ok to put cokd stuff in refrig. 2. Washer machine didn’t work correctly 3. Beer cans in hot tub. Other then that all was good.

Mostly good, patio furniture is old. Hot tub was dirty, had to call to get the bromine floater filled, the water needed to be changed. Bathroom on main floor has mold. Location is great and we enjoyed our stay.

Moab trip made better

The property had plenty of room and especially restrooms for our family with 5 girls. The back patio is very private and had great views. The streets were not very busy and we were able to take a short jog in the mornings with very lottle traffic. The host was accomodating and attentive to our needs during our stay. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Great property!

Very nice!! Petroglyphs just a short walk away. Far enough from the center of town to have clear starry skies, but everything is a short drive away. Property managers were always responsive and just a text message away.
