    Welcome to the Moab Inn Towner!

    Our newly renovated unit is located in the heart of downtown, steps away from dining, shopping and local favorites. Near Arches, Canyonlands National Park & Dead Horse Point State Park and vast wilderness in between and beyond, our space is the perfect location for your adventure's home base! Our layout and location is great for couples, families, friends, business travelers, groups, and all adventurer's seeking what the area has to offer!

    The Space:
    Inside, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms; master bedroom features a king size bed and the second guest room has a twin over twin size bunk bed. The living room sectional pulls out into a queen size bed with plenty of space to spread out making this unit a great option for a small family or group of friends. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

    Another great feature of this unit is its location - just steps from downtown Moab! You'll be within easy walking distance of some of the best restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment in town. Wake up to fresh coffee from Moab Coffee Roasters across the street or grab a bite to eat at the nearby cafes like Moab Garage Company, Doughbird or the famous Jailhouse Cafe before heading out to explore the stunning natural landscapes that Moab is known for.

    Speaking of natural landscapes, this unit is just a 5-minute drive from Arches National Park and only 30 minutes from both Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park. The scenic drive to each of these parks is not to be missed.

    Guest Access:
    You will enjoy convenient and secure access to the unit thanks to our keyless entry system. Prior to check-in, guests will receive a unique access code that will allow them to enter the unit without the need for physical keys. This code will be sent prior to your arrival on the booking platform and/or email allowing you to plan your trip with a hassle free and seamless arrival experience.

    The Neighborhood:
    We are located a 1/2 block off main street in downtown Moab, the most lively and vibrant area of town. You'll be within walking distance from the best restaurants, coffee shops, bars, local shops, adventure/gear outfitters & more.

Fantastic place for our 6 night stay while visiting Arches and Canyonlands. Home was convenient to everything with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Very clean, kitchen had everything needed, washer and dryer helpful, and bed was super comfortable. Would stay here again for sure!

Excellent stay. Clean, comfortable, layout is great, amenities are spot on. Location is tremendous. Next door to a grocery store, block from main street, easy to cook for self or go out, depending on how you're feeling. Despite being so close to main street, still quiet and relaxing. Parking wasn't an issue, despite having no reserved parking.

Location: The apartment is a block away from the main street through town. Easy access to restaurants and a short drive to Arches. Street parking was never a problem.Amenities: The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware, including a slow cooker. The coffee pot is small. There were filters available when we stayed, but we had to purchase grounds. A grill is located in the common area as well. Note: It was not a problem for us, but we didn't realize the second room did not have a door. Host(s): Great communication. They responded quickly when asked about current conditions with the multiple Utah fires (June 2026). They also provided recommendations when asked.If we visit Moab again, we would stay here again.

Loved this place! Fresh, airy, and spacious for the two of us. Location was the best, right next door to a grocery store and half a block from the Main Street with shops and restaurants. It was quiet and very comfortable. Good communication with the host as well.

One of the best VRBO properties we’ve ever stayed in. Clean, easy to access, the location made everything walkable, well appointed with everything we needed and just so adorable. Very responsive answering questions and gave us information before we asked. Fabulous experience!

Great location & super patio

We loved the location—easy walk to restaurants and grocery. The patio and Adirondack chairs were in shaded locations for breakfast and afternoon & evening reading and relaxation. Great communication from hosts. We would stay again.

The property is right in the middle of downtown, grocery story is right next door, plenty of spaces, new, clean, plenty of condiment if you cook, overall it's a perfect vacation home.

We loved our stay! You can walk to everything in Moab and it’s a perfect launch to the parks. The property is clean and very well kept, very cute. Didn’t want to leave.

Awesome spot right downtown, super convenient to restaurants/shopping. Quick drive to Arches NP and other great spots. The house was very nice and clean and neighborhood was quiet. Highly recommend!
