Open and spacious, the main living area features tall cathedral ceilings and a loft looking down into the living room. Tasteful cowboy décor creates a fun atmosphere for your stay. When the nights cool down, turn on the gas fireplace and cuddle up on the comfy leather couch, love seat, or recliner. Pull out the full-size sleeper sofa in the living room for the kids or extra guests to crash for the night.

When it comes time to wrestle up some grub, head to the large kitchen where you can flex your cooking muscles. It comes with full-size appliances, granite counters, and handsome wood cabinets. Start your day with a cup of coffee at the kitchen bar, providing seating for 4. Just off the kitchen, the dining table seats six for meals and is a great spot for board games.

Hopefully, the beauty and peacefulness of the area will send you into total relaxation. But if you do need to connect to the outside world, the condo has Wi-Fi, and the upstairs loft has a desk for working.

Bedrooms

Pamper guests with extra room and amenities, as each bedroom has its own en-suite bath and flat-screen TV. Retreat to the main level bedroom, offering a queen-size bed, grand headboard, and a door out to the patio for easy access to the hot tub. Its en-suite bath has a shower and single vanity with granite counters. The main floor location and walk-in shower make it a great choice for older guests or those with mobility issues.

Upstairs, guests can tuck in for the night in the 2nd bedroom, which comes with a queen bed and a leather chair for curling up with a good book. The en-suite bath has a tub and shower combination, as well as a single sink with extra counter space.

You’ll find plenty of sleeping space in the 3rd bedroom with two queen beds and big picture windows letting in lots of light. No need to fight over space to get ready for the day with an en-suite bath providing a tub and shower combination and a single vanity.

Backyard

Blue skies and mountain vistas stretch all around you as you unwind on the back patio. Perfect for a family with teens

This property was perfect for our family of 4, with 2 teenagers. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. It would also be perfect for 3 couples. Location was great, and close to Arches. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day of hiking. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay in this clean, well maintained property!

Perfect location and clean house

Perfect location, away from the crowds but close enough to enjoy everything that Moab has to offer. Very nice to have 3 master suites ( a bathroom in each bedroom)

Good property to setup a base for your excursions. Place was very clean and the owner was quick to respond to some TV issues we were having. Large enough for groups of 4-6 easily. Only about a 5 min drive to downtown Moab.

Nice place just outside of Arches NP and Canyonlands NP

The house was clean, check process was easy and overall a nice stay for the two nights we stayed. One little thing is, the listing mentioned 10 people can sleep. We were 9 adults and 1 teen. We had beds only for 8 and there were no additional blankets or bedding. No idea how the additional 2 can sleep here. We adjusted by sleeping on the floor and on the couch without any blankets. Couple of additional bedding/blankets would have made it a much better stay for us. Also toiletries like soap, shampoo etc were provided for 3 people at the max, would be great if the host can have these two sorted out to make this a wonderful place.

Wonderful Stay!

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The kids especially liked the large bedrooms that each had their own bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo and location

We loved the location of this condo, it was right outside of town with easy access to Arches and Canyonlands. It was clean and spacious. Having the washer and dryer are the best after hiking many miles. Communication with the owner was also great. The only thing I would say that was a bit disappointing was that the photos show sails over the hot tub area. They were no longer up and it made it impossible to utilize the patio and hot tub until the sun went down because it was way too hot. Otherwise we loved it and if we come back again we will definitely stay at this location!

Great stay!

We loved this property. The house was very clean. The kitchen was the most well appointed VRBO we have ever rented. We only had a couple of disappointments….the sunshade was missing over the hot tub and the patio got very hot. Also, we could have used an extra bath towel in each bathroom. Overall, a fantastic stay!!

Lovely Western themed condo!

We loved coming home from sightseeing each night to this beauty! Well appointed, tastefully decorated, clean and quiet! Loved the little patio on the deck! Used hot tub twice, so relaxing. We'd absolutely stay here again (and again!)

Beautiful home and Easy Access to Parks

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was so close to Arches and Canyonlands NP. The hot tub was so nice after hiking. Very close to Moab! We each had our own rooms which worked perfectly. The decor was Western motif which was so cool. The house was very well equipped! We truly enjoyed our stay!

Clean and comfortable

Stayed here the first week of March '24. Nicely located a few miles south of town yet close enough to all the amenities of Moab and a good base location to explore all the parks in the area. Plenty of room to spread out with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms and the hot tub was nice to relax in after a day of hiking and exploring.

Great Place

The house was great and fit our needs perfectly. We cooked big meals in the spacious kitchen, hung out outside on the patio, loved the hot tub, and everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in. I would highly recommend staying here.

A Moab week

A roomy, clean, comfortable rental. Nicely decorated. We loved the 3 bed - 3 bath set up for our group. The hot tub and patio seating were much enjoyed. The location was convenient for our day trips to all the parks and dining. The garage was convenient for charging our hybrid vehicle. Seamless check-in & check-out. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Awesome townhouse, highly recommend!

This townhome was better than I anticipated! Very clean, super comfortable beds - 5 queens - bathrooms and kitchen stocked with everything we could want or need. Very spacious for our family of five which includes 3 adult children. Convenient location to town and the parks. Amazing sunrise views from the front and a nice back patio with grill and plenty of seating, plus the hot tub was great after hikes in the day. The host was best in all of our home renting experience; gave loads of info and was quick to respond when needed. Would stay again and recommend this location 100%!
