  • Our single-level 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is the perfect Moab getaway for your extended stay! It's conveniently located less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Moab in a quiet residential neighborhood. Its central location offers unparalleled access to all of the area amenities.

    This fully modern, recently constructed home features a huge garage and driveway, cozy outdoor living area with firepit, a built in grill and ample seating inside and out for family and friends to gather and enjoy the surrounding desert landscape! Our home's layout and furnishings are perfect for couples looking to work remotely for an extended stay or for families who would like to retreat and thoroughly explore all the area has to offer. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely!

    The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create meals at home. Cozy up in the living room with the gas fireplace and stream your favorite subscription channels on the large flat screen smart tv (YouTube TV is included which provides access to network channels). The master bedroom has a luxury king size mattress with attached bath including a garden tub, separate shower and walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and includes an attached bath. There's also a rollaway bed for the occasional extra guest and a bonus half bath. The home also has a laundry room with new washer and dryer.

    The residence offers access to a one-car garage for parking and bike and toy storage. Please note that, per HOA rules, trailers and RV's are not allowed to be parked in the driveway, but additional parking is available on Westwater Dr near the home.

    2nd Bedroom - 2 sets of bunk beds (single over full - 4 beds total)

    Pets may be allowed with prior approval. Please reach out regarding additional fees for pets.

    Please note that pet and mid stay cleaning fees will be required for EACH month you are staying in the property. These monthly fees include: $500/month if you are bringing an approved pet and $150/month for required housekeeping service. These fees may be added separately to your reservation.

Amazing month in Moab

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best experience at our 6 week stay in Moab. The house was phenomenal, in a quiet neighborhood and close to hiking/biking trails from the driveway. The house had everything we needed and I hope we can come back for another stay!

The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only downsides were that the dishwasher had grime around the seals and the door could use an adjustment to keep the tray from sliding out. Additionally, the instructions for entering the home and using the television need to be updated.

Perfect for our extended stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental had everything we needed for our stay from a large garage to a well stocked kitchen. It’s located in a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Our dog was content with the large partially fenced in backyard, and we loved the fire pit and grill. There was construction on the adjacent lot to the backyard, but we didn’t find it to be too loud. We frequented the lake just south of Spanish Valley for paddleboarding, were grateful to able to easily bike to town (although, there is more uphill on the way back!), and enjoyed the proximity to town and trails. Moab is one of our favorite places and we were grateful to find such an accommodating spot for our month stay.

The house is beautiful with gorgeous views right out the front door. Plenty of amenities make it feel just like “home”. The management staff is friendly and quick to reply. We absolutely loved our stay and cannot recommend this home and this rental agency enough!
