The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create meals at home. The master bedroom has a luxury king size mattress with attached bath including a garden tub, separate shower and walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and includes an attached bath. There's also a rollaway bed for the occasional extra guest and a bonus half bath. The residence offers access to a one-car garage for parking and bike and toy storage. Please note that, per HOA rules, trailers and RV's are not allowed to be parked in the driveway, but additional parking is available on Westwater Dr near the home.

Additional Fees for Longer Stays: Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, additional monthly fees will be required for EACH additional month you are staying. These monthly fees include: $500/month if you are bringing a pet and $150/month for required housekeeping service. The monthly housekeeping service is already included in the cleaning fee amount you pay at the time of booking. The pet fee will be added separately on your reservation confirmation.
