  • **If this property is booked, you need a 2 bedroom or more than one place check out our other units E-4 Vrbo 776656, E-2 Vrbo 569583 and E-1 Vrbo 854815 I have severe allergies to animals. Please do not ask to bring your 4 legged loved ones.

    C-1 is located just 5-10 minutes south of downtown Moab in the highly sought after Rim Village town homes. We have purchased this home and have already updated the kitchen appliances to Stainless steel and added a Weber Stainless steel natural gas BBQ (so no running out of propane to worry about). Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen including pots and pans, mr coffee style maker, toaster, rice cooker, electric skillet, hand mixer. There are starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. There is a gas fireplace in the living room, 65” smart HDTV, quality sound bar, subwoofer, Linens, towels, large capacity LG washer/dryer, central air/heat and internet/Wi Fi. The living room has a comfy southwest sofa sleeper with great memory foam mattress, love seat and chair with ottoman for relaxing. The dining room table has 6 chairs plus 4 chairs at the kitchen bar. This unit is located relatively close to the community pool/hot tub area. The master suite has a custom southwest king bed, 55” SMART HDTV and fireplace. In the Master ensuite bathroom you can enjoy soaking in the jetted tub/shower. Second bedroom has a very comfortable mattress- Queen bed-55” smart HDTV . The Third bedroom has two twin beds. There are also 2 twin roll away beds available upon request with gel memory foam toppers to accommodate 8 in beds. There is an outdoor table, chairs and gliding love seat for your outdoor dining or just relaxing, visiting and enjoying the views. Also on-site, you'll find a community hot tub open year round and outdoor swimming pool that is open April through October. 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
    Outside your front door, enjoy golfing, hiking, mountain biking, cycling, river rafting, ancient rock art, four-wheeling, motor cycling, ATV/UTV riding, cross country skiing and snowshoeing, horseback riding, scenic drives, bird watching, rock climbing, sky diving and scenic plane rides. We are located within 10-15 minute drive to Arches National Park, 30-45 minute drive to Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park. Just down Spanish Valley Drive you will find Ken's Lake, the La Sal Mountains and Loop Road, the world renowned Slickrock Bike Trail and many ATV/four-wheel drive trails.

HOUSE RULES 1. Take care of our vacation home as you would your own home. 2. Please remove your shoes while in our home. 3. Please refrain from activities which might result in excessive wear or damage to the home and its furnishings. 4. No jumping on the beds. 5. Please turn off lights and TVs when not in use. 6. Please keep the outdoor grill as clean as possible. Use tin foil if using sauces. If grill is left unusually dirty there could be up to an extra $50 cleaning fee assessed by housekeeping to perform the clean. They are not fun to clean. 7. Lower umbrella and tie-up when not in use. Wind can cause damage if left open and unattended and could break window. 8. Take out your garbage to the trash receptacle in the garage. There is a community dumpster behind the pool if needed. Do not leave garbage on floor outside receptacles. 9. There are plastic trash cans in the garage for recycling. 10. No climbing or sitting on walls. An HOA fine of $!50 may be assessed if reported. 11. The home occupancy shall not exceed 8 people. 12. NO PETS ALLOWED! There is a $250 fine for having pets on the premises, the remainder of your stay is forfeited, and you will be charged for any damage and/or costs associated with cleaning the home due to pets. 13. NO SMOKING in or around the townhomes and the pool/club area. 14. No glass or alcohol allowed in the hot tub and clubhouse pool area. 15. There are additional parking stalls available for your use. Do not park in fire lanes. The HOA may assess a fine. 16. If you do not wish to purchase the VRBO damage protection you will need to provide a Credit Card number prior to check in for your security deposit.

The property was very clean and the host was very accommodating, answering all my questions quickly! Enjoyed big screen tv’s! After we cleaned out and properly re-installed the dishwasher filter, the dishes washed nice and clean. Great vacation stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. This condo was spacious, clean, very well appointed and nicely decorated with everything we needed, etc. We have stayed at Rim Village before and really like how nice the units are… great for families and/or groups of friends (perfect for meals with everyone).

We loved staying here on our weekend getaway! Great location, and easy check-in/out. The decor was very tasteful and intentional, making it such a cozy and welcoming space. We will definitely consider stayingb here again!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay in Moab at this VRBO! The theme was fun and fit well with the Utah area. The location was also great - just a few minutes away from the main town and a short drive from Arches National Park. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a community pool and hot tub our kids enjoyed. The kitchen was well enough stocked for our needs. I especially enjoy having a washer and dryer. The host was great with keeping in touch prior to our trip - thank you so much! I definitely recommend this retreat to others in Moab.

We had a great stay! The bed wad very comfortable (master bed) and we sleep on Tempur-Pedic at home. Lots of pillows to choose from. The condo has everything you could need. Kitchen is well stocked. Matches photos although I think it was even better in person. There is a community pool but we didn’t use. Has a nice patio and grill but we didn’t have an opportunity to use either. Garage made everything so easy. Very quiet neighborhood. We felt safe during our stay. A quick drive into Moab. And a great location to visit Arches and other sites. Owners had good communication. Highly recommend. Weather in May was beautiful!

We enjoyed this space for a 5 night stay during spring vacation that included a lot of hiking. During our stay in late March it got into the 80s and our daughter (10) appreciated the pool and spacious hot tub. The draw back was being a few miles from downtown. Super handy that the owners left a garage door opener. Just a note on the master bed-it is quite springy (coming from an all foam mattress at our home) and we didn’t find it very comfortable. Overall it had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. This subdivision was a busy area with lots of jeeps in the area for a tour.

Really enjoyed our stay at Debbie’s place, it was in a perfect location just outside Moab. A lovely quiet area but close enough to the town for supplies etc. The property was very comfortable and Debbie was a great host.

We enjoyed our stay in this very clean and beautifully decorated home. The master suite was so nice! It was just as pictured! We appreciated the owner who responded quickly when we had a question. The location was just outside of Moab but convenient enough for the Arches National Park.

Great location for visiting Arches and Canyonlands NPs. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the community pool and hot tub.

Moab National Park Trip

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay here! The place was immaculately clean and was fantastic to come home to after our adventures of hiking all day. Very cozy and comfy house with fun decor and a nice/safe neighborhood. Would recommend staying here in a heartbeat!
