3 Bedroom Townhome. The master bedroom is on the main level and has a king size bed and en suite full bathroom. Upstairs you'll find the two additional bedrooms and a loft. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and the loft has a sleeper sofa and TV. The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is a half bathroom on the first floor.

Newer 3 bedroom townhome located in Rim Village Vista, 5 miles south of downtown Moab. The development is very popular with vacationers and offers a pool, hot tub, playground and tennis / basketball court. This townhome has a fully equipped kitchen to help save you money and the 3 bedrooms and loft area will give plenty of space for everyone. The double car garage is great for storing your toys and there is additional parking on the street next to the townhome.

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab.

Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

Hot Tub Schedule:
Hot Tub will close for the season: December 1, 2025
Hot Tub will re-open: Friday Feb. 14th, 2026 (the Friday of Presidents Day weekend)
Open: Feb 14th – Mar 2026: 1pm-9pm
Open: Mar 2026 - Oct 2026- 10am-9pm
Open: Oct 2026 – Jan 2, 2027- 1pm-9pm
*Hot tub is usually closed Jan 2-Feb 14th

Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday Oct. 26th
Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open
**Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees.

Moab getaway great location

Moab is one of our favorite places to go wheeling and we try to stay in the Moab Rim condos whenever we go with friends and family. Usually a large group of friends so the bedroom configuations work out great. This unit is convenient and at the front of the property. Great parking for large trailers and trucks too next to the unit. This units garage is a bit strange with not a lot of space in front of it due to the other units. Only the garage is where the vehicle can sit otherwise over 2 Jeeps or cars need to park on the street. Unit is clean and has all the amenities of home to make it easy to be at home there. Overall it was great. The check in process was simple and all was great. Thanks for another great stay in Moab.

Great Stay!

The rental was perfect for our group. Beds were comfy, there were plenty of towels and blankets, and everything was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed except for forks and spoons, those were in short supply. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Everything was wonderful!

Location and condo were nice. More south of town than expected. Excessive trailers parked in the complex making it difficult to maneuver to the garage.

Perfect location. Has everything you need . Comfortable beds. Kitchen is fully set up. Lots of space in the garage for both Jeeps. Looking forward to coming back!!

Exceeded our expectations!

Loved this place! Beautiful view, great location, perfect amenities, and a clean and cozy home. We had everything we needed and more and we loved having access to a garage for our rigs. The pool and hot tub access are nice additions and the wifi worked great. We Would DEFINITELY stay again and can’t wait to come back!

Great Townhouse

This townhouse was perfect for us 3. Great location just a few miles out of Moab. Having a kitchen, we could get a few groceries and relax on the porch and watch the stars and Milky Way and drink coffee in the mornings and watch the sunrises. Garage is a big bonus too! Loved it and will be back.

Arches and Canyonland vacay

We stayed here to visit Arches, Dead Horse and Canyonland. It was very comfortable and quiet. The pool was very crowded and we only used it once. The neighborhood was nice and in a good location. We had more than enough space for the family.

The property was spotless, many of everything needed (bedding towels, etc), The beds were SOOOO comfortable. We all slept soundly every night. The kitchen was fully stocked (including coffee - thank you!!) and included everything but food. the pool was perfect and we utilized the tennis courts too. A lovely experience for our vacation.

Great place for our group

The highway is a little close and noisy and we weren't sure where the pool and hot tub were located. Otherwise, it was clean, comfortable and decently well stocked.

Perfect spot!

This was the perfect base camp for our week in Moab. We cooked breakfast and dinner everyday in the well equipped kitchen (and grill) and took a picnic lunch on all of our daily adventures. Our family of 6 comfortably slept and relaxed here. The view is spectacular! Highly recommend this place!

Give your Review a Short Title

Enjoyed this property and this location for second year in a row. The property manager is easy to interact with. It is literally mind-numbing the changes that have happened to Moab since we first started biking here in 1988. One positive change is the ability to stay in a place and location like this and cook healthy food and spend quality family time.

Very nice condo in a great location!

We recently stayed here with two other couples. The condo was in a great location, close to town, Jeep trails and also close Arches National Park. The condo was very clean, well stocked and had plenty of room. Nicole was excellent to correspond with, I have already said we will book with her again next year. Highly recommend!!

Great place for family and groups

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is located outside of town, but it wasn't inconvenient at all. The property was furnished nicely, especially the kitchen. It was roomy and comfortable. The pool was a nice amenity. We had to call the property manager for bedding for the sofa bed, an extra key, and to fix the upstairs tub drain that wasn't draining properly. Even with these minor inconveniences, we would stay here again.

Moab nature trip

I gave this property a 5 star based on a few key components. 1. Cleanliness- with Covid concerns and my wife and I working with elderly client all day it matter that the place was clean and it definitely felt that way upon arrive. 2. Accuracy of listing 3. Ease of booking, checkout, instruction on arrival. 4. Value to money. The place was much bigger than we actually needed but we always like to cook our own food in the unit and like having space the sprawl out after hiking or biking. Pay the same amount for a hotel full of people and no kitchen is just crazy. 5. Amenities. Have the garage was important to us as we were coming back from a road trip and were transporting some thing for my father in law as well as our bikes and golf clubs. Pool, grill, and tennis was nice. 6. Master bed was comfortable. 7. AC unit works well however is very loud in living room and master bedroom. It should be noted that this unit is definitely a rental unit. It doesn’t have the little charms or details you get when it’s a private rental unit. The furniture is the basic simple stuff, such as the tiny little end tables, lack of decor, kinda that more sterile empty feel. The couch isn’t all that comfortable and should be addressed in the near future. They do have all the basic kitchen needs but nothing more exotic. Overall good experience and ultimately we only need the basic ourselves, however it feels more like a very large hotel room. Definitely worth the money...

Amazing stay

This condo was fabulous! We were very happy with the unit from the cleanliness to the decor and the space. Our family of 4 loved it and my kids thought it was so cool they had their own space upstairs. It was close enough to all the attractions but far enough out to be a little calmer than the bustle of downtown. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Very nice

Overall a great visit. Complex was pretty empty for most of the trip due to Covid-19, but it was a nice place, well maintained, with room for our whole family. Well stocked and easy to get in an out of as well. We would happily stay there again if we're in the area.
