Welcome to Robber's Roost Westward managed by Moab Utah Properties. This ground floor condominium is located in downtown Moab. Modern fully equipped kitchen, spacious two bedroom, two bathroom, private patio with a Weber gas grill, and hot tub access. Master King bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Second King bedroom has private access to the bathroom. Open floor plan living room includes a queen sofa bed and private patio access. Includes 2 designated parking spaces.

Exterior Amenities:
-Each condominium has one designated covered parking space and one additional designated space. Public street parking is available near the unit.
-Our downtown location does not offer oversize or trailer parking.
-Each condominium has its own storage room on the ground level for bikes and other gear.
-All entry doors are equipped with electronic deadbolts for your convenience
-The common area provides a hot tub and bike wash station.
-All condominiums have a private deck / patio with a gas grill
-Best of all you are located just off Main street in the heart of downtown Moab.

Guests have private access to the entire unit 1 condo as well as the locked bike storage for unit 1. The bike wash and hot tub are shared with the other 4 units in the building.
The unit has keyless entry. The code will be sent to you three days prior to arrival. The entry code is only valid from check-in time on the day of arrival until the check out time on the day of departure.

We are available by phone, text, or message for anything you may need before or during your stay.

57 Robber's Roost offers five fully equipped, well-appointed condominiums, in the center of Moab. We are located just one half-block off Center and Main Streets.

57 Robber's Roost offers the convenience of being within a minute’s walk to the center of town with the privacy and amenities that you have at home. Private covered parking, your own secure storage for adventure equipment, bicycle wash and hot tub all of which make it easy to start and end your adventure day. The fully equipped kitchens and spacious living areas will allow you to prepare a gourmet meal and relax in comfort. Your own private deck with gas grill will complement the interior amenities inside.

If you decide to dine out, need a bicycle repair, health food store, shopping, guidebooks for the area or a beverage they are all within a minute or two walk from your front door. The Roost is your home in Moab.

There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, but guests will likely want to have their own transportation to get to the national parks or wherever they plan to go. Vehicle rental from Canyonlands Jeep Adventures, or Enterprise.

This is a very nice place and space, particularly for 2 couples. It is right off the main street, so everything in downtown Moab is within walking distance. Yet, this is on a quiet side street tucked away from the tourist crowds.The kitchen was devoid of basic cooking supplies (oil, sugar, flour, etc.) or spices (except for salt and pepper), so plan accordingly.

Our family (two adults, three kids,) stayed there in December. The apartment was great. It’s clean and spacious. Lots of restaurants and the national Park visitor center are within an easy walk.This particular unit is at ground level so you don’t have much privacy if the blinds are open. But the unit is set away from the main street so that wasn’t an issue.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We especially loved being so close to Arches National Park. We were able to visit the park not only during the day, but also went back to watch the sunset and star gaze after dinner. We walked to most of the restaurants and shops, all within a very short distance from the condo. The furniture was comfortable and the condo had most everything we needed and more. My only complaint is that there is no ice maker and only one ice tray. This caused us to have to purchase ice for our drinks, as we quickly ran out. I saw this mentioned in another review, but assumed the issue had been corrected. This is so basic, so I dont understand why this issue hasn't been addressed. A minor inconvenience for sure, but no one expects to have to run out for ice. Fix this for future guests! A few extra wash cloths would have been helpful also. Otherwise, it was a great experience and we would stay here again.

Great condo in great location. Comfortable and clean. Well decorated. Great amenities provided. Didn’t use the hot tub or grill but it looked nice. The only issue is that only streaming was available on TV, no regular network channels. We could only watch Netflix. Walk to restaurants and downtown area. Highly recommend.

Very attractive condo with excellent kitchen and bathrooms. Located close to the main street in Moab within very easy walking distance to good restaurants and shops. Beds were comfortable and the condo was quiet during our 3 day stay. On the downside, there isn't an icemaker and there was only one tray for making ice. Also, there weren't ottomans for putting your feet up after a long day of hiking. The comfort of this unit could be improved with the addition of a couple of ottomans, a few more ice trays and kleenex in the bathrooms.

Location was super! One block from downtown, we parked the car at the condo and walked everywhere! Quiet location and only 6 miles to Arches National Park. Condo was very comfortable and clean and well equipped. Might suggest they have a couple of more chairs on the porch.

Spent a week in Utah in mid July 2023 hitting the Big 5 National Parks. We started with a two night stay at this nice little condo in Moab. Great place to relax and wind down after a hot day of exploring and hiking. Close to downtown shops, restaurants, etc. Had one very minor issue that isn't even worth mentioning, but I do so, because Kali was so quick to respond and remedy the issue. Would definitely stay here again!
