On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, 200 m from the edge of the forest, 50 m from the lake. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn, meadow 3'000 m2. Patio, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing, sandbox). In the house: WiFi, trampoline, storage room for bicycles, central heating system, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Ruprechtice náměstí" 300 m, railway station "Liberec" 8 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km, swimming bay 100 m. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 7 km, skisport facilities 10 km, ski school 10 km, cross country ski track 10 km. Nearby attractions: Liberec 12 km, Frýdlant 14 km, Libverda Spa 17 km, Ještěd 18 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bedřichov 17 km, Ski Ještěd 18 km. Sehr gemütlich und familiär

Perfekt für alle die auf Schnick Schnack verzichten können und auf Selbstversorgung ohne Zeitdruck setzen. Ruhige Lage und alles (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Skipiste etc.) ist in 10-20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Alles wie vom Vermieter beschrieben. Wir haben die Woche genossen und sogar eine Nacht verlängert. Der DVD Player hat leider nicht funktioniert, Filme also zu Hause lassen und online schauen. 😃

Im Großen und Ganzen ein schönes Anwesen, die Eirichtung ist kein Deutscher Standart aber OK. Das Bad ist sehr Klein und eng, Kaffemachine sehr sehr Klein, es war alles sehr sauber. Wir hatten auch noch Pech mit dem Wetter, von 5 Tagen Urlaub 5 Tage Regen.

Gemütlich und sauber, ruhige Lage am See

Gemütliches Ferienhaus. Für den Aufenthalt mit Kindern gut geeignet: Der Garten ist umzäunt und es gibt viele Spielmöglichkeiten (Trampolin, Schaukel, F/Federballballplatz). Die Sitzecke auf der Terrasse ist super schön, man kann dort prima grillen! Ausstattung gut aber sehr kleine Kaffekanne und keine Teekanne vorhanden. Sehr sauber, Handtücher vorhanden. Einziges kleines Manko: Die Nebenkosten fanden wir für eine Woche etwas übertrieben (15 Euro obwohl wir quasi keinen Strom verbraucht haben).

Tolle Unterkunft auf dem Lande in schöner Landschaft. Im Sommer bestimmt auch herrlich. Viele Wanderwege. Golfplatz in der Nähe und Talsperre direkt nebenan. Super netter Gastgeber. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Pohoda a velkolepý prostor venku ...

Velké venkovní prostory, zahrada, trampolína, posezení pod pergolou. V případě deště však relativně málo místa a pohodlí uvnitř. Sedačka max. pro 2 osoby, ostatní pří sledování TV musí sedět bud v houpacím křesle (což je příjemné) nebo jen na židli nebo rohové lavici. TV by taky mohla mít o něco větší úhlopříčku. Jinak ale pokud počasí přeje je využití venkovního posezení pod pergolou úžasné. Ještě bych však doporučil do ní umístit i nějaké světlo pro večerní posezení...

Na férovku

Majitel byl velmi milý. Ve všem nám vyhověl, i s pozdějším příjezdem. Mínusem byla postel v jednom z pokojů, kde se propadal rošt v posteli. Trochu chaoticky působila výzdoba, která byla dle našeho názoru "až moc". A mínus bychom dali i za malý gauč, který bychom po dlouhých výletech po okolí ocenili větší. Vejde se na něj pouze jeden člověk a dva menší. Ale to nám náš pobyt rozhodně nezkazilo. Všechno to byly maličkosti, o proti tomu komfortu, který celá chata poskytla. Vše potřebné k pohodě.

Tento velmi prostorný dům byl ideálním místem pro zázemí při dlouhých výletech do přírody i do města. Ocenili jsme velkou zahradu a sportovní vybavení pro volný čas.

Kleinere Mängel bzw Beanstandungen, wie kein Geschirrspüler oder zu kleine Kaffeemaschine, fehlender Duschvorhang. Ansonsten Top, frische Handtücher und Geschirrtücher, Bettwäsche ebenfalls. Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien mit Kindern wegen Pool und Trampolin, Grillplatz und viel Platz zum Spielen. Wie Fußball, Volleyball und Federball. Selbst dafür sind die Spielsachen vorhanden, wie Schläger und Ball.

Grundsolides Ferienhaus in herrlicher Lage

Ein wenig abseits gelegen, aber dennoch mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Riesiges Grundstück. Inventar komplett (gut, eine Teekanne fehlte). Toll für Familien oder eine kleine Gruppe. Netter Vermieter, allerdings kaum Deutsch (und wir können kein Tschechisch...) Kleines Manko 1: Im WC im EG riecht es sehr nach Öl. Kleines Manko 2: Badezimmer für mehr als 2 Erwachsene zu klein. Kleines Manko 3: Nebenkosten für WLAN und Strom etwas zu hoch. Aber wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

reise in die vergangenheit

wir 5 kinder (alter zwischen 52 und 62) machten mit unserem vater (88) urlaub in seiner alten heimat (sudetenland). haus diente zur übernachtung, waren tagsüber unterwegs. als "basislager" ohne große ansprüche ideal. preis/leistung stimmt.

Charming home in a great area

This home in Mnisecka is as nice as it looks in the photos. The interior is very clean, with tasteful furnishings. Beds are comfy with nice linens.There are actually 3 bedrooms; all with european double beds; one bedroom includes a crib. A half bath downstairs; the upstairs bath has a tub with removable shower head - not really able to take a stand up shower (no curtain or shower surround) but good practice in using the European shower technique! An on demand hot water heater provides really hot water . The kitchen is very well-equipped; lots of dishes, glasses and cookware; some spices and basic baking ingredients. In the back yard there is a delightful covered seating area complete with picnic table, a leather couch, and a wood fired grill/fireplace. We also appreciated the outdoor clothesline to dry things cleaned in the downstairs washing machine. Something special was the short - 5 minute - walk to a small lake just to the north. A very nice walking/running trail goes around much of the lake and across a beautiful c 1850 stone-walled dam. At the end of our walk, returning to the house, there was a sweet Czech tavern with seats facing the lake, where we enjoyed a cold pivo (beer) and pickled cheese while watching the beautiful sunset colors in the sky. The house owner, Karel, met us when we arrived and went over the house systems. He spoke a bit of English but is fluent in Czech and German. The Internet was a bit spotty but was fast when working. Note that you NEED to have 6000 Czech CZ in cash as a deposit when you arrive. This is held to cover the cost of your energy use, which Karel read at the end of our stay. We used very little energy as it was warm enough to have the windows open at night. There is a bit or road noise during the day but the nights were quiet. Working with Interhome (VRBO Homeaway partner) was great - very clear documents and timely info/reminders. The Liberec region has many things to see. Just 25 minutes north of this house is the lovely castle Frydlant, absolutely worth paying for a tour. We also visited the 1960's mountaintop "spaceship" Jested, with 360 degree views of the lovely Czech countryside. Jablonec, glass working town, has a great glass museum and lovely town square. Liberec also has a lovely square, many good restaurants, a botanical garden with 6 greenhouse domes (situated in an area of absolutely beautiful homes), a zoo and nice museums.
