"メイン棟1107号室に案内されましたが、入室直後から部屋全体に異臭を感じました。私には糞尿を連想するような臭いに感じられ、このまま滞在を続けることは難しいと判断し、フロントへ相談しました。 フロントに事情を伝えたところ、すぐに部屋を交換していただき、その後は快適に過ごすことができました。迅速に対応していただいた点には感謝しています。 一方、最初に案内された部屋は畳の劣化も目立ち、全体的に古さを感じました。歴史のある施設であることは承知しています が、客室の臭いや設備の状態については、より丁寧な点検・整備を期待します。 また、帰宅後に領収書の宛名に誤りがあったことにも気づきました。発行時の確認も徹底していただけると、より安心して利用できると思います。 ..."
