"Great hotel and super staff with a beautiful beach. The food at the restaurants was plentiful and delicious so worth the cost! Only thing I didn’t like was paying 1000Y to use the indoor pool; that seemed expensive! But anyway, why use the indoor pool when the outdoor pool and ocean are so beautiful? I loved our stay here! Highly recommend visiting."

"The staff were friendly and kind but did not help with basic services such as helping guests to unload luggage. Since my travelling group contained myself and my young daughter, unloading was hard for us and we would have appreciated some help.
The pricing was also not worth the hotel amenities and room. The room itself was neat and clean but very crammed, while the view was good but not anything extraordinary. However, it was convenient as it was right next to the American Village."
