"The property was clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout our stay\. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our experience\. "First impression on arrival, front of house could do with some maintenance (weeding). Suite 5*Tap in bathroom had soap marks and hair shavings. Pillows were too hard and mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs with every movement we made. Website said city view, but this wasn’t the case,(disappointed). On a positive note, service was good overall. Would stay there again if mattress was more comfy."

"Property was clean. Not as stated entire property. Shared facilities. Bathroom via the kitchen on ground floor had child. Did not feel we could relax here as thought we had entire apartment. Outside next to little shop. Traffic island outside meant couldnt park outside and single line. Area around property made us feel unsafe- wasnt the best."

"Interior has been done really well, in keeping with the grade 2 listing. Overnight stop or max 2 days stay ok. Otherwise it's a bit basic. I did not like how run down the outside was. Pipes looking ancient and covered in bird poo and close to air conditioning unit is concerning. Some of the sash windows need replacing. Parking is £7 a night but not run by hotel but quite a bit for this. Car park at rear needs the seating revisited as the furniture is falling apart, should be somewhere you can...

"Filty from the entrance to the kitchen and toilet. I coukd not have a shower or use the kitchen. The room is fine. The advert says private bathroom but it was shared. I had to go downstairs to the back of the kitchen to get to the toilet. Wont come back. "
