🔹Pets must be included in resevation, up to 3 pets allowed to stay, pet fee applies. All pet waste must be picked up, pets are not allowed on furniture or in beds.
🔹 Small events might be permitted during your stay, but must be approved
🔸Outdoor security cameras are constantly recording. View photos to see monitored areas. No 🎥 inside the house

Host was very nice and quick to respond! Allowed me to check in early, as I got in sooner than expected. The house was nice, located in a quiet neighborhood. There were a couple nights the neighbors were smoking weed in case anyone has sensitivities to that; no fault on the owner there. I was glad to have a fenced yard, but it had a lot of dog poo from the human companions who weren't kind enough to clean up after their dogs. I had to check the whole yard before my dogs could run around because I immediately stepped in some. Something that could be fixed by checking the yard after check-out and fining guests who don't clean up after their pets. I also didn't like that my dogs weren't allowed on the furniture, but I had to find a last minute house after another host canceled my trip. I liked that it was a cute, small house, and the kitchen was also cute.

I told Jane that my family was going to gather at her charming house to celebrate Christmas. When I arrived I was delighted to find a decorated Christmas tree! The property was exactly what I expected, and Jane was very prompt in answering my questions before and after arrival.

Property was as advertised. The beds were some of the best I have seen in my travels. Loved having the garage and the ease of parking. Great area with everything I needed. I would have loved to allow my two frenchies to use the back yard but the leaves and down branches were prohibitive. Jane was a great host and was responsive to all our requests.

It was nice. It worked fine for 3 of us. Probably would not want more than 4. Main reason we chose this location is it was very close to our daughter's home so that worked great to be able to go back and forth with her. Bushes could use a bit of trimming to see well into the back yard.

Had a great stay... great location for visiting the KC area. Quiet neighborhood, lots of stores and restaurant in the area, and place was exactly as described. Highly recommend for a couple or small family.

Great location - Quiet Neighborhood - Lovely Property

Stayed for 10 nights with our 2 dogs. It might be small but had everything we needed. Wonderful fenced in yard and close to work and shopping! Definitely recommend.

Nice house with just the right amenities! Quick to get on the interstate and next to a convenient shopping area. Quiet neighborhood and comfy beds made for a good place to spend the night after a busy day.

Glad to be able to come back

This is our second time staying here. We have been very pleased with everything. The only reason only 4 stars for cleanliness was because a storm passed through just before we arrived making the deck and yard less inviting. i'm sure if there had been more time this would have been cared for.

Great Stay in Merriam

We came into town for a basketball tournament, and needed amenities that hotels do not provide so this was great for us. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and its within 15-20 mins of everything popping and not. We enjoyed our time and will look to stay here again next year.
