"The property is great. Services and staff very efficient and helpful.
However, there is major construction on Emek Refaim some days dust flying everywhere. If you want to walk on Emek Refaim you have to endure heavy equipment and excavators digging hammering and all sorts of noise
The light rail is being extended to Emek Refaim and the National rail is being extended to the old Train Station. This seemingly is a multi year project.

"In the middle of the night, all the electricity went out. We were moved twice to a room inferior to the one we had paid for. The next day the hotel manager refused to offer a discount because of this inconvenience. I would not recommend staying there"

"Our stay at the David Citadel in Jerusalem was truly wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, the location is incredible, and the atmosphere makes it feel like a very special place. What stood out most, though, was the amazing staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay exceptional. The level of service throughout the hotel was outstanding.
