"I had a very pleasant stay at Aquila D Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. As I arrived before check-in time, they kindly offered to store my luggage while I explored the city, which I really appreciated. They were also very responsive to any questions or requests I had throughout my stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and homely, with a TV and all the essential amenities I needed. I particularly appreciated that the room was cleaned daily,...

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities were excellent, the rooms were comfortable and well-furnished, and every aspect of the hotel reflected a high standard of quality. What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding customer service. "Excellent hotel spa! Brand new hotel spa in Durrës. 5 min walk from bus station&harbour, close to archeological places, supermarkets, restaurants and a shopping centre. Service was excellent, mega friendly staff, really good breakfast (a la carte, huge portions), really clean, comfortable beds, safe area and the Spa was the cherry on top (Spa is free for guests). They booked me a taxi to the airport and provided early check in. Fully recommend it! "

"This hotel is located in an awesome location that is near restaurants and very walkable to the various points of interest. It was clean and the staff was helpful. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends!"

"The hotel was really lovely with a lovely decor. Location was great as it was in the old town but it was only 15 minute walk walk to the main promenade. The amphitheater was also on our doorstep. Breakfast was amazing- so much choice. Really lovely to have the choice to eat breakfast inside or outside. Rose petals were spread all over the room one day- must have got the wrong room as we were friends on holiday! 😂 Jusilda the receptionist was so helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

"Top hotel.

"Near the Beach. Partial sea views."

"great location but very stressful finding it then parking in the garage below. comms were quick but possibly not as clear as could be. Very central so easy to stroll out to town"

"The place was excellent for the money we paid. The rooms were very clean and the stuff at the front desk were very polite. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for your hospitality!"
