"We stayed here for one day and ended up staying for 3. It is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The food is amazing, the staff are incredible. The rooms are relaxing. The are is quiet. And the Onsen is to die for."

"I had a great time staying there. The scenery, food, staffs and the lovely cats made me not wanting to check out. I booked for one night, ended up extending another night. Thank you for your hospitality."

"Showers did not work in both rooms. No breakfast included. No front desk staff. Lots of bugs. Amazing view. Rent a car if going here because Grab and Bolt do not"

"Picked the grand room and it was very dirty. Smelled bad and obvious stains all over the floors, walls, couch and windows. Screen in the bathroom had tons of smushed bugs all over it they never bothered to wipe clean. Mold and mildew all over the bathroom fixtures from neglect. Also very very cold at night in the mountains with no in room heating and just a single thin blanket. Checked out after just one night of a 3 night stay because of the terrible conditions and they refused to refund...

"Et lille sted, som nok nærere er et hostel som hotel dog med eget wc og bruser Havde et værelse med terrasse med udsigt over dalen. Værten var utrolig flink så alt i alt Et godt ophold"

"An amazing escape in a jungle-like setting with a beautiful pool, amazing food, and air conditioned cozy cottages. We rented a Vespa and even found a cute cafe nearby and appreciated the activity book suggestions as we visited a beautiful waterfall nearby! Would definitely recommend and come back in the future. Thanks Paul and staff!"

"Muy rico el desayuno hecho al momento en tu propia villa, el servicio muuuy atentos"

That level of care and attention made the experience feel truly luxurious and personal. From the moment we arrived, the service and attention from the entire team...

"Todo muy bien, le hace falta mantenimiento al hotel. Y los cuartos estan un poco viejos"

"Lovely spot in the countryside, the owners and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We met several guests who visit regularly, and I can see why they keep coming back given Pete and Ying's hospitality."
