Casa Minera is an elegant independent house situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps five people. From Casa Minera you will have a characteristic view of the nearby buildings. Casa Minera is 95 square meters (1020 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Minori, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 300 meters (990 feet), a grocery store a few meters (feet) away, the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Salerno line at 450 meters (1480 feet) and the closest beach (Minori beach) at roughly 500 meters (550 yards).
Casa Minera is located on the first floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the street level going up a stairway which consists of approximately 20 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Minera. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 250 meters (270 yards), for a fee, in a parking lot (where a space can be reserved). Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 2 to November 5: EUR 2.00 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. From December 22 to December 9: EUR 2.00 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 50 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles with handmade decoration, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and refined, featuring a suspended chandelier, and include a divan that unfolds into a French bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette can be closed in a cupboard and is equipped with a two-burner induction cooker, a small electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a toaster. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a two-burner induction cooker, a small electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a toaster. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a satellite smart TV. From the kitchen a French door will take you to a small balcony. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two bedroom chairs. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe. Here you will also find an iron and an ironing board.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair and a desk. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the bedroom you will be able to enter small balcony through two French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is tiled with lucid white and green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is tiled with lucid white and light-blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen through an access area.
