Our room provided everything we needed for a restful night including a very comfortable bed. It’s a great value for the price and a regular spot for us when we are in the Minneapolis metro area."

"Registration took an hour in a construction zone. We stood in a long line waiting for five front desk staff when there should have been ten. They sent us to a smokey room that hadn’t been cleaned. Back to registration for another 20 minutes. I had to recite the same answers to the manager that I’d just given to the staff at registration. I had to modify my length of stay and front desk staff were not knowledgeable about modifying a reservation. Four associates didn’t know what they were doing...

Our TV didn’t work, but we did not bring it up to the staff since we had not intended to watch TV. We had problems the blackout curtains now opening/closing easily. The biggest issue was the fact that the ice machine was not working on our floor. But even with these issues, we enjoyed our stay and are planning to stay there again."

"The location to the Amphitheater was perfect. When I arrived the room smelled a little musty and the floor felt damp. I struggled with the WiFi, it didn’t work well for me. The bathtub in my room was gross, there were no other rooms available or I would have changed rooms. The staff were very polite and helpful."
