"I was very satisfied with the staff and their level of professionalism and kindness. The room was impeccably clean and had everything I needed. Parking was probably the most frustrating part because you have to pay to use the parking garage. There really isn’t any other practical parking on the street around it, so you just eat up the fee and that is that. Overall, an excellent experience!"

It’s very conveniently located, super close to the mall of America and 10 mins drive from all the big box stores, 20mins from Minneapolis. The free breakfast is excellent, well stocked up and lots to chose from. Everything is very clean and the staff were super friendly. "I love the location of this hotel and that it has a hot tub and pool. There are not a lot of hotels downtown with a hot tub so I always love to stay here. It is a slightly further walk to the target center and the surrounding bars, but it’s definitely still manageable! And the hotel is so charming! I love how it’s decorated!"
