  • Esta acogedora, soleada y recientemente renovada casa unifamiliar está ubicada en un tranquilo vecindario familiar en el suroeste de Minneapolis. ¡Disfruta de un patio delantero y trasero, y mucho estacionamiento en la calle justo afuera de la casa!
    Hay 2 hermosas habitaciones con camas tamaño queen, una habitación con cama doble para 4 y 2 espacios adicionales para dormir en los sofás en las áreas comunes. ¡Reúnete en mi nueva cocina gourmet para cocinar y crear comidas juntos! ¡Disfruta, además, de una sala de recreación / estudio donde puedes disfrutar de películas, deportes, jugar cartas y juegos junto a la chimenea juntos! Le daré la bienvenida a su perro de buen comportamiento por una tarifa, y espero recibirlo, ya sea que sea un solo aventurero, aquí por trabajo o negocios, o por una familia que viaja y explora la hermosa Minnesota.
    Esta casa está ubicada a solo 5 millas del centro de la ciudad, a 3 millas del centro de la ciudad, a 3 millas del centro comercial Mall of America, ya solo 10 minutos del aeropuerto.
    A solo unas cuadras encontrarás el centro comercial Southdale, ¡el primer centro comercial original en América! ¡Aquí encontrarás cualquier tipo de tienda o entretenimiento, o el restaurante que tu corazón desea! O siga France Avenue más al sur, unos bloques hasta The Galleria Shops and Restaurnats, así como el exclusivo y hermoso parque al aire libre construido alrededor de estanques y un lago, llamado Centennial Lakes. En el invierno, vaya a patinar sobre hielo a la música clásica, y en el verano, juegue golf en miniatura en el lago y disfrute de conciertos en el campo y carreras en mini velero.
    Mi casa también está convenientemente ubicada a pocas cuadras del Hospital Fairview Southdale y todas sus instalaciones especializadas. Este es un gran lugar para enfermeras, médicos, pasantes y otros profesionales médicos que viajan.

The property was great. Very well appointed and the host Mary was top notch. Excellent communication and very accommodating! Location was perfectly central for us. We had four adults and one child so the single bathroom was a bit of a challenge but we knew that going in. Internet was strong, kitchen was well stocked, toys and games available for our daughter. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area!

good neighborhood, nice back yard, convenient location

Our relatives from Germany enjoyed this house with all of the comforts of home. The location is great, and the young child enjoyed the back yard.

This home was so convenient, from the airport, to my granddaughters home, and to the nearby grocery store and Dunkin Donuts! The neighborhood was perfect for Fall walks, and my granddaughters enjoyed the coloring pages and games in the lower level. It was a great weekend!

Excellent host

The host was very generous and accomodated early and late check in to fit our needs. House is perfect location, quiet and safe. Had everything to make us feel at home. Basement was cozy. Perfect place!

Wedding trip

We stayed here for a family wedding. The house was clean and in a great location. Lots of fun attractions within 15 minutes. Parks nearby to walk the dog. Check in was easy, and the owner responded quickly to questions we had. Would recommend this house for those looking in the area.

Great location, very clean, great host

Mary was very flexible and accommodating. The house was very clean and had everything you could need. Location was a great central location to everything we wanted to see and do, but in a very quiet neighborhood.

Excellent Richfield/Minneapolis home away

Comfortable, clean, well-appointed, quiet home in the Minneapolis suburbs. Convenient location for seeing local sites and close to shopping. Excellent communication with friendly owner. Thanks, Mary, for making our twin-cities visit feel like home.

Cosy air-conditioned house, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, convenient location

Mary's place was perfect for our stay. We slept well, enjoyed time in comfortable living room, used her well stocked kitchen for meal prep and the shady backyard patio for relaxing meals. The location was great for shopping, walking and visiting family and parks in the area. Mary was very flexible and accommodating. Highly recommended house.

Great "Girls" get away

We reserved the VRBO for a knitting get-away that 4 of us attempt to organize a couple times of year. The place was cozy and comfortable. We greatly enjoyed the comfy couches in the basement to sit, knit and relax while we binged a bit of Netflix. We had great and timely communication with the property management. Mary was very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Great house in a great location

We came to town to see the Mall of America and visit some friends in a near by town. The house was in a great location, 15 mins from the Mall and not far from other shopping opportunities. There was also easy access to the highway. Perfect house for 3 adults and 2 kids. Kids hung out and watched TV in the basement while the adults unwound from the day upstairs. Mary was great about communication. I would stay again if we came back to town.

Great safe location

This house was in a perfect location for our family get together. Quiet neighborhood near shopping and restaurants. Walkable restaurants and grocery nearby. Pet friendly but not fenced in backyard. Nearby parks were perfectly walkable for throwing the ball for the dog for a bit. Mary was a great host who made us feel very welcome and answered questions quickly. Air conditioning worked very well. Two bedrooms with a basement with bed. The furniture was very comfortable.

Very clean and centrally located

We enjoyed staying at Mary’s cute and cozy home. It was very easy to find and in a safe and family friendly neighborhood. We were in town to visit art museums and the University of Minnesota. It was a great location and the two living areas were very comfortable. Mary had everything we needed. I would say if you are a light sleeper ( we did have noise machines) the house is very close to the airport so there was quite a bit of noise from the planes flying over. We all felt the beds were very firm. But some 3-4 inch memory foam toppers would do the trick. We would stay here again.

Location, location, location!

Mary is a super host! We were in Mpls for a family reunion and the location was perfect. Easy access to the airport and shopping. Quiet neighborhood where I enjoyed morning walks. We even did our "mandatory" walk around Lake Harriet on Sunday morning. Loved having the TV in the basement and the washer/dryer available. Alley parking was convenient.

All the Conveniences of Home

Beautifully and comfortably furnished with a kitchen that is as well equipped as mine. Great location to home base and explore Mpls. And Mary provides a list of places to explore. Great backyard with table, chairs and a gas grill. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Mary.

Family reunion

We were in town for a family reunion of sorts. The pandemic has prevented us from visiting some older relatives and sadly we have lost three of them in the last year. We came (from SD, not too far but not too close either) this year to visit---we needed a nice, quiet, clean house for a small dinner party. We were not disappointed. The house is on a VERY quiet street, it was neat and tidy, plenty of space for us and our guests. Mary was attentive and helpful, all of her notes and instructions were easy to follow and right on the mark. We had a wonderful visit with our relatives and the house was the perfect setting. Thanks!

Lovely home that was perfectly set up - it had everything you could possibly want. It was cozy, clean, with lovely personal touches. Amazing! Mary was so helpful and kind too. Highly recommend.

wonderful stay in great location

We spent the month of June at this property and had a great experience. Don't hesitate to rent this place. I try to be helpful to future renters, so here is a list of info. Fantastic customer service from Mary. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Well-appointed house. Good beds and comfy furniture. Good WiFi and air-conditioner. Note that this is a small house, and there is only one very small bathroom, so as long as you know that going in, you will be very pleased (as we were). Enjoy your stay.
