  • This very spacious main level unit will exceed expectations in detail of comfort and style. Recently renovated and furnished it boasts a charming 1300 sqft.- there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your family and friends. The Living Room is in the front and has a large desk in front of the south facing windows - perfect for watching life stroll by as you work. Beyond the living room is the dining area which can accommodate 8. This unit has a full sized kitchen, complete with center island and plenty of counter space to set out a festive buffet! in the very back off of the kitchen is a spacious bedroom with Queen bed. There is a walk-in closet and plenty of room to store luggage. The bathroom is located off of the kitchen area; just a few steps from the bedroom. It has a walk -in shower and is comfortably sized to meet your needs. When the weather cooperates be sure to utilize the charming large front porch; there is a place to sit and visit and a bistro table and chairs to enjoy an informal meal El Fresco! On the colder days click on the electric fireplace in living room to cozy up the space. You will quickly make this place your home away from home while taking in all the unique shops, restaurants, and homes this wonderful historic area offers.

Wonderful!

Everything was perfect for our family from out of town. They looked forward to their cozy evenings with the fireplace on and we enjoyed wonderful meals on Grand Avenue! Thank you for such a sweet and cozy place to stay!

Location! Location!

Great spot! Clean and spacious for the two of us and our 4 legged friends.Walking around in our favorite neighborhood was also such a treat!Stacey was excellent with communication and directions on her VRBO. Hope to stay again soon!

This was an ideal place for what I needed this weekend. A very comfortable, clean, and inviting space. Good for families, better for couples and small groups of friends. It is an old house, so some things are a little quirky, which has lots of charm, but is also a subjective experience. I liked it, amd would definitely consider this place if i'm in St. Paul again.

The place is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that is lovely to walk but also within easy access to highways, varieties of dining, points of interest. Everything in the VRBO was immaculate, easy to park, and get inside. Owner very responsive.

Great Spot

My wife and I stayed here and enjoyed our time in St.Paul! Walking distance to pretty much anything and the historic area was cool to walk through. Hopefully will be back someday to explore more.

Grand Hill

Location was great as we had various restaurants that we could walk to. Also the house had a front porch where we could hang out at the end of the day. The host, Stacey, was always available if you have any questions.
